  Congratulations, on being the worst Premier Inn Hotel in the country. You are welcomed by a lift shaft- that is if you can find your way to it from the extortionate carpark that you have to use as there is no on site parking. The staff were patronising when asked what the provision was for car parking. Although never suggested by me, they apologised for “not having built the hotel” (had it been made from Stickle Bricks I could have understood the confusion). Although I sat patiently for circa 15 minutes I was unable to order food in this time. When asked if there was a tv to view, the reaction suggested that television hadn’t made its way to Camberley yet. Eventually I was fortunate enough to be sat at a table complete with a sofa that looked like it had been salvaged from a skip. The walls literally wobble when a doors close, I assume they took the lease over on the Crossroads Hotel. The bar has a feel of a haunted house by virtue of it being devoid of staff. The only positive to take away is the lesson learned that I would be better sleeping in the skip from which they source their furniture from. It will be cheaper and at least I would only have myself to blame for the standard of service, which could only be an improvement.

  A clean tidy Premier Inn located in Camberley opposite the Royal Military Academy. Parking is a bit rubbish as you have to park in the multi-storey around a 5-min walk and it is quite an expensive car park. The hotel staff are friendly and the check-in and out process is simple. Breakfast was a buffet as is standard for Premier Inn. Overall a nice stay, but let down slightly by the parking

  Jhalak was incredibly kind and helpful throughout! She had such great energy and a really positive attitude, which made the whole experience even better. Her service was excellent, and she was very welcoming and attentive. Really appreciated her friendliness and enthusiasm. Amazing customer service!

  Hotel was good, breakfast was pretty much standard premier inn breakfast. The lady who welcomed me was really friendly. In a great location but no official parking which I didnt realise until I got there. I had to park in a shopping centre and walk to hotel which is around 5 minutes. Parking was around £10 over night. Remember to factor this in if you are staying a few nights.

  In terms of customer service it’s the best I’ve ever experienced. I was checked in by Chris, a jack of all trades who was charming, funny and engaging. He was also on hand in the restaurant to see that I was served promptly and checked in to make sure everything was good. I loved his authenticity and willingness to help and keep me informed with any questions I had. He is a credit to the businesses
