  Rooms are extremely basic. The kettle was so small it barely made 1 cup. There was some sticky mess up the wall. The check in area was also the bar and breakfast area. It was tiny, uncomfortable and felt very random and out of place. Parking was plentiful considering it was a weekend. We were charged for 2 full breakfasts despite it advertising everywhere that kids under 12 eat breakfast for free, I was still charged for my 11 Yr old. The staff were lovely and very helpful, just a shame the facilities were severely lacking.

  Ok, there are signs to get to it via the carpark but we couldn't find the way so had to walk all the way round

  The rooms are a little outdated but still adequate. They feel a little smaller than the average Premier Inn. They are still clean and well maintained. The A/C is a great added value. However, the offsite car park is not great and a little expensive. I attached a photo of their price list, but it does not include the price of overnight stay which is £9.5 from 2 to 6am in addition to the prices in the menu. Overall a great service in this Premiere Inn hotel.

  For me the lcation of this hotel is useful for several reasons. Its close to family and attractions. This is my 3rd stay here. Maria in the restaurant was particularly helpful, friendly and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady when we checked in to was fantastic too.

  The Welcome & Staff From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a genuinely warm welcome. The check-in process was seamless, but what really stood out was how the staff treated us throughout our stay. They don’t just offer standard customer service here; they make you feel truly valued as a guest. Every interaction felt authentic, attentive, and deeply respectful. The Food The dining was another major highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a fantastic selection. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal exceeded our expectations and felt like a premium experience. Overall Value Premier Inn provides incredible value for money. You get top-tier hospitality, excellent amenities, and fantastic food without a premium price tag. We left feeling completely refreshed and appreciated. We will absolutely be returning and cannot recommend this location highly enough because of how wonderful the staff made us feel! Tip: If there was a specific staff member who stood out, you can add a quick sentence at the end like: "A special shoutout to [Name] for going above and beyond!"
