- BCBTHD ComedyGamer3 days ago5.0Jackie was brilliant throughout our stay at Premier Inn. She was really friendly, welcoming and provided excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel well looked after. A real credit to the team!
- JHjamie Hillman3 days ago5.0Fantastic Service from Becky. Warm and friendly greeting. Was a pleasure to dine in the restaurant. I have stayed in the hotel for a number of years and have constantly received outstanding service each visit.
- GVGreg Brown Visuals3 days ago5.0Have been staying here regularly for several years when away with work, and cannot fault it. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, particularly Becky who always provides a great welcome and excellent customer service. Food is good and the whole place provides a nice relaxing atmosphere after a hard day’s work. 5*s all round.

- IEIan EatonSep 13, 20264.0A non favourable experience although the room had been well prepared by Jan. Was able to pay for early checking on arrival. Room was very clean and well presented, thanks Jan. The room was very hot but three fans enabled a tolerable experience. The bed was comfy and firm pillows were a definite winner. On Sunday morning we decided to have breakfast. We paid, sat at our table and the order was taken. It became clear that serving staff and chefs were not on the same page and the arguments containing a mixture of raised voices and expletives went ahead. The meals eventually were served. My fried eggs were overdone, my wife's were underdone. Overall, I wouldn't rush back.
