I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and, previously, I couldn’t fault the service or rooms. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, but on arrival there was only a double bed. On another occasion, the booking system changed my family room to a single room due to lack of availability. I also had to wait over an hour after checking in online for the issue to be resolved, and eventually they provided an extra single bed. I cannot fault the staff, as they did their best with the limited rooms and resources available. However, the company seriously needs to address the booking system, room availability and resources at the hotel. It is disappointing to see a hotel I previously had such good experiences with decline to this level.

Rooms was ok,apart of windows not opening at all. It's hard to rate a service because it didn't exist. Restaurant always closed, coffee machine in constant clean...staff not very friendly, and not hopeful at all.

Actually can’t fault anything about the stay. Perfect for the wedding we went to. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and everything we needed me. The staff went above and beyond. Richard was specifically friendly and offered us some blueberry muffins and coffee on the house in the morning!

We’ve stayed here a few times now because the location and parking are brilliant for trips to Legoland Windsor and Chessington World of Adventures. There are also great local amenities nearby, which makes the whole stay super convenient. What prompted me to write this review today was the incredible service from the lovely Welsh lady on staff (sorry I didn't catch your name!). She was so friendly and welcoming to our 3-year-old son. He is a very slow eater and doesn't eat much, but she went above and beyond to help us make sure he ate most of his main meal before having dessert. That extra bit of kindness made a huge difference to our family, and management should know what a fantastic asset she is to the team. She truly deserves full credit and recognition for her amazing service. We will definitely be back!
