Room had some extractor fan which was so loud I had to remove the ceiling panels to turn it off. The toilet was making very strange noises. And temperature control didn't work. The beefeater restaurant was fully booked but there was no one in it and they closed it and the bar at 9pm. And evening staff on desk are rude and unprofessional. And trying get refund off this lot is proving harder then I thought because they lie about you. They blatantly lie. Horrible hotel run by horrible company.
