  Was an average Premier inn was in a lovely position near to West super mere the service was great Claire was very good on the front desk food was very nice and good value only downside was the room in need of an update bit on the dark side bit musty and not much furniture the bed was good so no trouble there

  Checked in for a night and was greeted by the lovely Shaun, so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome stopping and having a chat with us.

  The hotel was very clean, the rooms were lovely and spacious which made our family stay a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and if we required anything were there to help. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Will definitely be back

  Recently stayed at this hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Felt very welcome and safe considering I was a lady travelling on my own for work. The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful thank you

  Booked for 3 nights for a little breakaway. Room was clean and tidy but strong smell of mouldy damp, it hit you soon as you walked in the room after 10 minutes you become nose blind to it, but as soon as you leave and return it hits you every time. Bed was ok slept well the 3 nights I was there. Shower over the bath set up in bathroom. shower head was a large thermostat type plenty of pressure quite powerful and a pleasure to use. Aircon /heating unit in the room didn't work just made a big noise and did nothing when switched on, so left it off and didn't use it. No rolls of toilet paper in bathroom instead cheap little tissue squares from a dispenser on wall that pull out one at a time next to toilet. 2nd night there the toilet blocked up in bathroom so I reported it to a women on desk was told she'll go in and sort it in the next half hour which was fine as i was heading out for the day was told it would be sorted by the time I got back and also fresh towels would be left in room. Got back just after 7pm nothing had been done toilet still blocked no fresh towels had to ask again on the way out to there pub / restaurant in the adjoining building, poor women on desk that looked as though she was in her late 50s did unblock the toilet and supply fresh towels before my return. The pub/ restaurant is only open till 10pm in the week and 9pm on Sunday not sure about Saturdays as I only stopped from Sunday to Wednesday. Never used the restaurant for food so can't comment on breakfasts or evening meals. Place is ok if you need over night accommodation for work purposes contractors ect. But for a getaway break or business professionals looking somewhere to stop you'll find the place is a dump and will highly disappoint. Worst place I've ever stopped. First time I've used an premier inn, ill never use one again. Nothing premier about the place. Looks as though the whole place is run on a small skeleton crew and there struggling to run the place. Bear in mind this is an April review maybe different over summer months.
