  A lovely warm welcome from the receptionist on Saturday who even gave the kids stickers. Room was ok but not the cleanest. I feel like it hadn’t been hoovered as there was still bits on the carpet and I don’t think the toilet had been cleaned properly as there was lots of water marks over the seat. The shower gel was empty and hadn’t been replaced. Restuarant staff were very friendly. Breakfast itself was ok, the kids enjoyed but the food was cold. The location is pretty run down we managed to find a play park nearby so the kids were happy.

  Room 103 Stayed Thursday evening/Friday morning Room only rate Convenient from local train station - bike taken - they stored this inside - gave me a ticket and put it secure on arrival and when it came to leaving handed ticket in and retrieved bike Clean standard of rooms and quiet night

  We didn't stay in room at night but just had a unlimited breakfast with family. James was amazing with his all services and smile within all the time. He is absolutely amazing guy!

  disclaim: This is my own experience and does not speak for the whole hotel/inn We were there for only 2 nights but boy we got to learn from this. Upon arrival into our room we were greeted with several issues. 2 huge stains in the bed spread veneer of the desk was peeled.. questionable fluid stain in the seat Ikea (ish) table we had to assemble Food menu that was ripped and worn and included dark fluid stains. The bathroom only had 2-3 sheets of toilet paper and a half empty soap dispenser with a very watery soap. our room also had a very loud device above the door. but there was also the very chipper young man that helped us in any way he could , so its not all bad

  3 stars all round. The rooms are clean and it's quite quiet when you're inside. While there is no reserved parking there is a large car park 3 mins walk away and we thankfully didn't have any issues staying 3 nights. Ideally located if you're having a night out in Yeovil or travelling for a conference. If parking is a major issue, go to airfield
