  Great location, the food deal for breakfast and evening meal . Superb lots of choice kids eat free too. Car park payable across the way good price for 24 hours. Staff were all so friendly and helpful.

  The toilet was blocked in room 307. We asked the front desk more than once. Can you sort out the toilet? The same somebody's coming but no one didn't come to sort out the toilet. The rooms have AC but the rooms are too hot. The family rooms are very small for for family or four. Breakfast was okay need more food options and not a lot of fruit. Overall the breakfast was okay.

  We stayed 20-22 August 2026. We had 4 rooms for two nights. My mother and I were on the 2nd floor our rooms weren't clean. Sticky patches, bits of crisps and even a sticky sweet left on the floor in my Mum's room. Other people's hairs on bedroom surfaces and in the bathroom. Our bathrooms were not clean, the mirrors were smeared and in general they were scruffy and very worn out. Black mould and dirt in the corners. These rooms were over £100 per night, not worth it and It changed my mind about Premier Inn as it was so disappointing - even the beds are well in need of replacement as mine was lumpy and uncomfortable.

  Clean and well organized. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed (we were there in peak season and I think they are understaffed). Very well located on the seafront! We could walk onto the beach in 5 minutes. Would be nice to have a parking recommendation/partnership as local parking is quite expensive.

  Unfortunately had to change this review! This is the worst premier inn we have stayed in The staff mostly ok that's why 3 stars as night staff was friendly nice one on the front little women was nice the man there was also nice but the women with glasses who I think is the morning manger is rude don't smile the food is really not up to premier inn standards frozen cold pancake croissants also cold no Nutella for kids beans run out mushrooms not cooked no honey the croissants was run out and they brought some basically cold almost frozen out you put them in the pan cake hot machine but they burn on bottom and you can easily burn your self which me daughter did not seriously at all but overall I have stayed in many premier in around the country and this was the worst no one was getting seated in the end I just walked straight in the restaurant so if I hadn't of booked breakfast it would of been free also other customers had this problem so I told them just go eat as you wasting your time waiting to be seated and crossed of the book overall the stay was good just a real shame in the morning.
