  The hotel is lovely and friendly our room was nice and clean but problem i found is they put us on floor 4 which is premiere plus floor whole floor is premiere plus but it wasnt at all it was mixed with standerd which is lying if I'm on a premiere plus floor I want the experience of premiere plus but didnt that floor is ment to have good view but we got a roof instead to look at they need to upgrade whole floor to go with what they say not keep half standerd

  Excellent staff, reception, cleaners, restaurant, all staff good and helpful. But I couldn't get on with the air con and not being able to open a window, that really worsened my migraine. A short stay but well worth visiting Weston if you look past the few who spoil parts of the town and there being far too many retail units for the demand, resulting in lots of closed units.

  The staff were brilliant, very helpful and polite. The restaurant went above and beyond for my daughter with coeliac disease.

  Fantastic stay yet again at this Premier Inn! The manager was so helpful and kind and couldn’t do enough for our disabled relatives. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too and not too busy. Would highly recommend

  My mum and I stayed here for a one night stay a few months back. The staff member at check in was great. Very lovely and polite. (Sadly cant remember his name). Our room was clean and tidy and when we went to book dinner/breakfast later that afternoon the staff in the bar were very helpful. Overall it was a lovely stay and would go again.
