  Really friendly and helpful staff who were always happy to help whenever we had a question or problem. They had forgotten to put two towels in the room for my partner, but they immediately gave us another one without any hesitation, which was great. The rooms are okay and you really get what you pay for. It’s a reasonably good stay for the price. The room comes with a large and comfy bed, two spare pillows, a TV, a desk and chair, a fan, plenty of charging points, a full-length mirror and a hairdryer beside a vanity mirror. There is also a kettle with tea, coffee and milk provided, as well as a bottle opener. The bathroom is also okay, with a large mirror, standard sink and toilet, and a bathtub shower with a shower curtain. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the towels are nice and soft. Parking is free, which is always a bonus. There is also a restaurant on site serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for an extra price. You can buy further amenities from reception, and there are large vending machines available for snacks and drinks. The main downside is that the rooms are a bit dated now and could do with a bit of a refresh, similar to some of the other Premier Inn hotels. The room can also be a bit loud at times, with noise coming from the corridors and outside car park. Overall, a reasonably good stay for the price, with friendly staff, free parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

  21/9/26. Lorna Miller Stott… No reception. At 80 years of age struggled with machine booking in. Room adequate .Husband paid for broadband, for 3 Devices. Only available on one. Used free deal on others. Booked meal deal..Awful. Full menu not available. 3 Choices not good. Had curry, but run out of rice. Service very slow. Naan bread not fully cooked. Curry just warm, not hot. Not in spice ,in cooked heat.. Most people looking around, were not happy. Never had these problems at Premier Inn before. Really Poor. Is this a British thing , we put up with rubbish. I hope breakfast better..

  We usally have no problems with the Premiers and have stayed in lots of them,unfortunatly our evening meal took an hour to arrive as our order ticket had been mislayed,both exhausted it was lights out at 11 only to be kept awake by a couple nearby talkiing until 5.30am and walking up and down,this was just a bad experience no reflection on the staff at all whom were very friendly,we have put it down to just being unlucky,but will not be visititing again

  We stayed quite soon after new staff and systems have been implemented. Room was good, clean and reception staff are friendly and helpful Lots of parking Restaurant is good, you need to book your time slot. We had the meal deal (dinner and breakfast) and there was a good selection of dinner options. Meal deal dinner is 2 courses plus a free drink. Breakfast is an unlimited breakfast. Staff is friendly and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were good but be advised - the restaurant is only open to hotel guests.
