  We had a lovely stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend it. The hotel was clean comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent and a special mention goes to Mary who was wonderful. She had such a lovely attitude ,was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, a mention to Ray the chef who did a fantastic job. We would happily stay here again so a huge thank you to Mary and the rest of the team for making our stay enjoyable.

  We have stayed at many Premier inn’s across the country and this one in Wells stands out by a mile 👍 The location was perfect for our needs, the rooms and public areas were spotless, we had a wonderful evening meal in the restaurant Also a BIG shout out to Mary and Ray at breakfast, honestly they couldn’t do enough for us , Ray, your poached eggs were perfect, Thank you, and the rest of breakfast was a treat Mary was an absolute delight and really looked after us very well, I’m so sorry I didn’t get to know all the other staff names but all of them were brilliant, be very very proud of the team at Wells and do let them know we think they were all amazing Thank you👏👏

  Close to the town and amenities. Dealt with 2 people in reception, Mel & Lee, who were incredibly helpful with good local knowledge and Lee even took our bags to the room for us. Quality staff!!

  We have stayed twice in the Premier Inn (Wells) and we’ve loved every time we’ve spent here. The staff are exceptional and welcomed us back again warmly. They were very good in helping look after my elderly grandmother and gave us rooms with accessibilities for her. The rooms are very spacious and clean; the hotel is in a great location to the main city of Wells. Breakfast has plenty of options to choose from to suit everyone’s needs. Evening meals were also very reasonably priced and delicious especially the smoother chicken and mixed grill. Major thank you to Sarah, Rebecca, Louie and chef Raymond they really made our stay special and pleasant.
