  Room was dusty, smelt moldy and damp. Duvet was screwed up under the bed - not in bag. Bed comfy Wifi - non existent had to pay for the upgrade No air con No fridge Spiders Overall was ok for a few nights but needs a deep clean.

  Wewent for breakfast as its always super at Premier inn... and it didn't disappoint

  Spacious room but. Needed cleaning and hoovering a lot of cobwebs bed was clean and comfy . Staff were very helpful we never slept first night as extractor fan was very noisey but was sorted on next day .we asked for rooms towels to be changed on the third day there but didn’t happen till the next day . There is no air con but there is a good fan in the rooms but it was full Of dust we had to clean it . The bed was comfy . I’d stay again but take a feather duster with me it all needs a good clean and decorating

  Well below average. Tatty and not well maintained. Nail varnish dried in the bathroom. Main bathroom light not working. Facia coming away from the table. Also corridor needed cleaning.

  Great stay, although the hotel did not have air conditioning the room was not too bad we were given sheets instead of the normal duvet which helped greatly. The iced water in reception and the amazing fan in the room made our stay that little more barrable in the heat. Thank you to the reception guy, very helpful for directions to the crematorium. The whole place is a little run down but you certainly notice all the wet paint signs so shows some work is ongoing. After reading a previous comment about the fire alarm going off which it did, i really don't understand people which complain about a fire alarm going off especially when they have children. We were in the reception area on check out when the receptionist was dealing with multiple guests complaining they were woken up, had to get out of the shower, was it real..... i really don't understand some people would they prefer to be caught in a fire, the receptionist did a great job and although we had to go out of the building and it was a false alarm it was dealt with very professionally . Good Job.
