- KEKaren EdmensonOct 1, 20265.0Lovely clean rooms. Friendly staff, Mel at reception was very pleasant, but absolutely everyone, housekeeping, reception staff, bar staff next door were very welcoming, even the guy working on the lift!. Views from rooms pretty poor, lovely view of the sewage works, Aldi and industrial estate, but hey ho! Was central and would use again.
- MTMiss TheaOct 1, 20265.0I would just like to say a huge thank you and show appreciation for Josie at Premier Inn, Glastonbury. She was so kind and accommodating, made huge allowances for me and was warm and empathic. Due to her kindness I had an incredible time there and will definitely be returning! Thanks so much Josie! You made my day!💜💜💜
- CJChlo JenkinsSep 25, 20265.0Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-kept throughout our entire stay. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room tidy and fresh. Special thanks to the reception staff for giving us clear directions and great local restaurant recommendations.
- AAAnnaSep 24, 20261.0Hairs in the bed sheets makes me question were the sheets changed. There were hairs in the bath, so the bath was not cleaned. The room was overpriced for a Monday night more than busier days and no event was on. I won’t stop again.
- LBLH BuildSep 23, 20265.0Really nice experience staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing and the rooms are spotless. The beds are so comfortable it’s true you really do get a good nights sleep. There is some building work going on but this didn’t have any impact on my stay
