  I had a lovely stay at this hotel visiting friends and family, it was smooth from start to finish. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. The staff were excellent and helped me with everything I needed. Location is great and easy to get to street and Glastonbury centre.

  The Premier Plus room is great as we appreciate the large shower that is not over a bath. Sad to hear the Brewers Fayre is being sold off, I hope the staff will be looked after.

  Oh dear not positive im afraid. Stayed in a premier plus room. This room needed a deep clea. Shoer grout needed a good scrub, also the toilet seat/lid. Dust on skirting boards. Room fairly clean. Corners collecting dust on the carpet. Meal deal purchased. Evening meal limited menu, limited drinks. Food mediocre. Breakfast obismal bacon undercooked fried eggs over cooked NO BUTTER had run out!!! Seriously???. Skip the meal deal go into town. Have stayed here a few times. It has deteriorated since the. Would I stay again, maybe but would not purchase a meal deal. On the up the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Restraunt staff friendly and helpful

  Hello. I have to say I was disappointed with this Premier Inn. I've stayed at many Premier Inn hotels before, but this one in Glastonbury felt like a much lower standard. The room was nothing special, and the surroundings were quite depressing – with caravans and an industrial area nearby, it didn't create a pleasant atmosphere at all. Breakfast was also disappointing. The quality of the food was poor, and most of it tasted as if it had been cooked the day before. The only real positives were the lovely ladies at reception and the friendly staff in the restaurant. They were welcoming and did their best. However, for a Premier Inn, I expected much better. I paid £100 for this stay, and honestly, I could have found many better options for the same price. Unfortunately, these things happen. I hope you'll make some improvements soon. Best wishes.

  Das Hotel erfüllt die 3-Sterne-Kategorie eher so gerade, immerhin ist aber eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden, das kann man dafür in diesen Breiten eigentlich nicht erwarten. Das Zimmer war sauber und in einwandfreien Zustand – okay, ein neuer Anstrich könnte hier und da nicht schaden. Bett und Bad waren wirklich tipptpopp, die Cleaning- und Handtuchwechselpolitik des Hauses zukunftsweisend. Check-in und -out war unkompliziert und obwohl viel auf Automation gesetzt wird, war das trotzdem reichlich vorhandene Personal wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war englisch, daneben gab es aber auch ausreichend sehr gute Alternativen. Für den Teppich im Flur – zumindest im 2. Stock und dort streckenweise – stellt man sich idealerweise vor, die Flecken kämen von verschütteten Getränken, es sind angesichts der Streumuster auch andere, unappetitlichere Ursachen denkbar. Parkplätze waren auf dem Gelände ausreichend verfügbar. Was aber leider gar nicht geht, und das ist eigentlich angesichts der sonst hohen Professionalität völlig unverständlich, dass man "kostenloses WLAN" ausschreibt, wenn es denn aber ohne Abbrüche und mit Bandbreite funktionieren soll, extra GBP 5,00 für 24 Stunden abkassieren muss. Das sollte bei einem Zimmerpreis von über EUR 100 pro Nacht nun wirklich inklusive sein.
