- SSStephenSep 21, 20265.0On arrival at Bridgewater Gateway we were greeted by a young man called Jack who was very helpful and quickly checked us in. Later we went for our pre booked evening meal and Jack was there to seat us and take our order, overall our experience of the restaurant was very good. The room was clean and tidy Freeview TV, WiFi and air conditioning the bed was a little firm for my liking but we had a good night's sleep. Next morning we went down for breakfast and was greeted by Gail who asked if we had visited premier Inn before which we hadn't so Gail showed us around the self service Which was very nice and a good selection of breakfast options. Our experience of premier Inn was very Good and mad extra special by Jack and Gail. We will definitely be using Premier inn Bridgewater Gateway again.
- DBDavid BondAug 31, 20265.0Nice clean and newish Premier Inn that is very handy for the M5. You can walk to Lidl, Greggs, Costa etc if you've had enough of driving and want to stretch your legs. Shout out to Lucy who sorted out a room for us at short notice (I'd booked a standard family room but needed a quad). Thank you for sorting this at short notice and with such a friendly and professional manner.

- HJH JAug 12, 20265.0Great Premier Inn to stay in. Really quiet even though near a busy road. Comfy beds. Tidy and clean. Breakfast room was brilliant, well stocked hot and cold food. All staff we met were very happy and friendly. Will definitely be back.
