  What you expect from Premier Inn, spacious room, comfy bed, working telly and good breakfast. WiFi was a bit iffy. The location is not obvious, the hotel is off a lay-by and not well sign posted. 10 mins to sea front in Weston-super-Mare.

  Lovely staff and a comfortable stay , the lady at reception offered us free biscuits too which was a wonderful touch , Thank you 😊

  First off, the staff are very welcoming and acomodating. The manager, Stepnahie, went above and beyond to make my stay, with my wife and 2 year old son, as comfortable as was possible within her power. Thank you for that. Unfortubately, Stephanie and her team are let down by higher ups. I typically like to stay in places with wifi as i am used to many not having great phone signals. Premier inn offers a free wifi and a premium wifi. Neither were reliable nor acceptable during usual working hours even just to perform a google search.. at 2am they improved significantly... this would suggest the primary issue is the router/local network getting overwhelmed during the day. Also, it looked like all internet traffic was being routed through the Netherlands... somewhat odd. The bathroom was not very well lit, the fan seemed to be on it's last legs with worn bearings . The noise from it combined with the lighting made for a very disturbing sensory environment, certainly not a relaxing one. Stephanie very generously brought plates and cuttlery to our room so we could enjoy a takeout conveniently. We didn't use these in tbe end as the bottom of the plates didnt look clean and felt gritty, and they'd been stacked up. Overall, if the internet could be sorted and rooms improved, I'd love to come back here only because Stephanie and her team made what would have been a truly awful experience I'd be angry about into one in which her team have my sympathies and premier inn head office has my disappointment for letting the on site team down so much. Room itself was quiet and i was able to hear, what i believe to be, an owl in the car park at night when i stepped out

  Came here for a business stay had a brilliant experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Weston-super-mare. Room was spotless when arrived and catered to every need. Would like to give a special mention to both Steph the hotel manager and Laura who both provided excellent 5 star service around the clock. Would definitely come back for any personal or business trips in the future.

  Staff were lovely but corridor on room smelt very strongly damp. It cleared from the room once we left the window open for a couple of hours. It is a great location being less that 15 mins from M5. As it is quite rural it is very quiet.
