  I have stayed in many premier inns up and down the country but I have to say I have never experienced such a shambolic organisation as far as the breakfast goes. We had a huge family party booked on Saturday and I recommended the Lympsham hotel to all my family who travelled to the West Country from Essex. We thought we had been so organised as a family in order to make things run smoothly but I couldn’t have been further from the truth. My family were not only not expected in the hotel on arrival but two mornings on the trott they were told that they were not booked for breakfast. One of the rooms had not been cleaned on arrival and it really put a huge black cloud on what should have been a beautiful weekend. Shame on you Premier Inn, you know the Hobbs Boat provides breakfast for you guests why is communication between the two of you non existent. If we had been told that we need to physically book breakfast either (a) the hotel and (b) the Hobbs boat we would have done so but anywhere else in the country the hotel liaises with the pub. I will not be recommending you ever again and a good mind to put on social media as unfortunately we cannot rely on you as a local business to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

  Great location for an overnight stay on our way to Cornwall. The reception staff were welcoming on arrival, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was excellent.

  This is the first time we stay in this premier we choose it for it's location as it was central to the places we wanted to visit. It's a fantastic location which is easily accessible off the main road,the carpark has plenty of spaces. Inside everything was spotless,very clean,the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and were on hand if we needed anything. We had a very pleasureable stay and would highly recommend to everyone.

  Stop over in trip from Leicester to Cornwall. Airton was very welcome and worked perfectly. Rooms were Premier Inn standard, clean, quiet and comfortable. Lady on reception was very welcoming. Didn't use restaurant, had a quick look but all pastries were out in open with a few flies buzzing around so gave it a miss.
