There was a wedding party where guests were delayed due to the lack of staffing. A member of ataff was asked where the reception ataff were, his reply was dismissive with no sign of offering/finding support for the 1 member on the desk. This was at the usual check in time between 2 and 3. Very frustrating start to my stay

From check in everything was wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, very spacious, plenty of space and pet friendly which was a plus with our cat and kitten. I will say one of the managers of the hotel yet I do not recall her name, was so sweet, friendly and VERY allergy friendly as I have a lot of food allergies so it entirely eased all of my anxiety. I have stayed in other 4 star hotels and had problems with my allergies and them not being taken seriously so this really was lovely. I wasn't 100% sure about the hotel at first but very quickly I came to utterly love the hotel and how friendly the staff are. The swimming pool was lovely as was the jacuzzi however the pool was a bit cold for my liking though the jacuzzi was perfection and a lovely way to relax! I also got locked in the ladies bathroom thankfully I had my phone on me to call my husband who called a member of staff who was quick to resolve it and gave us a voucher for free drinks which I truly appreciated as I was quite spooked out after being locked in! I cannot recommend this hotel higher due to their AMAZING customer service, friendly service, the food was lovely, the staff down at the pool were lovely too and very funny! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would happily stay here again!
