- DWDan Wade4 days ago4.0It's fine for the money, but not so great you would recommend the place. The receptionist fella, needs to be better presented. A sweatshirt covered in hair looks like human and dog hairs is not what I expected to be stood behind a supposed 4* hotel. Overall a bit like most of Birmingham, Scruffy:

The entrance and parking area are rather tight, which can make access challenging, especially for larger vehicles. Better planning of the access route and additional space for turning would greatly improve the overall experience.

I booked online a week in advanced and payed , I checked in and checked out and no one mentioned that fact that there was no payment made . I then received an email saying I hadn't payed for the hotel which I had all confirmation . I then left my speaker which my my Fault , I know I left it in the room and they said they cannot find it then have ignored my emails .
