Used after a late night flight back into Birmingham. It's a Premier Inn what else can I say. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired as room had cobwebs in corners and bathroom smelt strongly of urine.

Usual super rooms and facilities PLUS magnificent staff who do their utmost for you. Sadly the evening meal side of things has been gutted by Head Office. Not enough staff to deliver the once-superb timely service. In the search for keeping hold of income/profit Headquarters have ruined the good name of Premier Inn...sad ☹️☹️☹️

Stayed here for work at the NEC. Great location, not too far out but also not too close so you can switch off. Rooms felt a little warm but that’s more personal preference. The service however is fantastic. The team are lovely, small and rushed off their feet! Tracey looked after us so well. She went the extra mile every night, remembered our usual order and never forgot to say hello. Her attitude was always positive and she made coming back to the bar after a long day a joy. Great sense of humour and very helpful. We appreciate how difficult it can be with a small a team, but the guys and girls here work immensely hard. Overall 5* - mainly because of the staff.

Not stayed in a Premier inn for a few years, wanted something close to NEC. This was perfect a 15 minute drive in a quiet location. Reception desk very friendly and helpful. Free parking for hotel guests. We upgraded to a premier plus room, spacious comfortable, espresso coffee machine. Two staff in the attached restaurant Edward and Clare have great service at both dinner and breakfast the next morning, very diligent asking about allergies. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here due to proximity to the NEC. Very close to the Motorway. Free parking at the time we stayed and plenty of it, despite not arriving until late. Check in was easy and the room had been updated recently. The room was very warm but they had already left a fan in the room which was surprisingly effective at keeping us cool. Only gripe, was that the shower gel bottle in the shower was empty.
