  £30 for parking! An unexpected charge that was not communicated before arrival. Too expensive for a hotel car park for paying guests. Not acceptable

  Great place to stay, friendly staff always go above & beyond to make your stay special. Mckenzie always give a nice welcome on arrival.

  Lovely modern hotel. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Good base for our visit to NEC. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. Nice breakfast.

  The rooms themselves are a bit dated, and scuffed, but fine to get your head down. Staff were excellent, the free breakfast was good, its a good position for NEC and airport if you don't mind a 20 minute walk or about £6 taxi ride.
