  Room was nice and clean, if a bit basic. Ironing board, iron, hairdryer was available. Breakfast options were limited. Ran out of bread and non dairy milk. Air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. Location is quite remote. NEC is walking distance, through various car parks. Next to a pub which is handy for lunch and dinner options.

  My car got broken into whilst in the hotel car park. Was told I would be contacted by the manager and heard nothing back so clearly not interested in the safety of their visitors vehicles. Also do not use the pay machine in the lobby, it is double what you will pay on the app. I will not be back

  Good location. Short car ride to airport. Good size rooms with breakfast included. However, Shower and sink were not draining properly. Room service for additional duvet was slower than expected. We didn't use hot breakfast but early bird breakfast option is great. There were cereals and some pastries which was good enough. Friendly front reception staff. Good lounge area.

  If you don't drive and you're going here, there's loads of deals for bosses. Get two for one in the holidays for bosses. You can get family tickets as well so you can get a really good deal and it really covers a big area as well so you can just not only go to to Birmingham You can go to Coventry even Wolverhampton and you get a thing called a swift saver and that's 8 quid and you can also use the buses trains so if you get a good deals hotel it's really easy to get in and out of the sea without causing you an arm and a leg

  After suffering a house fire my husband and I stayed in this hotel for almost four weeks. I cannot describe how homely and comforting all of the staff made our stay. Everyone was unfailingly friendly, even the housekeeping staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and breakfast every morning was hot and delicious, with Keefer and his excellent customer service, perfect manners and warm and friendly personality making the experience even better. Special thanks to both Naz and Gemma for being warm and supportive and chatting with us. Gemma in particular always helped extend our stay when needed and made us feel like we were chatting to a friend. Thank you to everyone who made our stay comfortable.
