  I stay here quite regularly for work and when I arrive I am always greeted with a smile. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the food whilst not the most exciting menu is delicious and always well cooked. keep up the good work.

  Stayed for one night as flying an aircraft from the airport tomorrow. This is a lovely hotel. Whilst the rooms and restaurant are good what really makes it is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you. On this occasion we had some urgent laundry for the plane. Manager Mo and colleague Beata got it done for us in a couple of hours. We really appreciate this. Thank you and keep on doing what you are doing !

  Hello Holiday Inn I would like to say first hello secondary I had an interview at a different holiday Inn and came here by mistake this morning the lovely receptionist whose name is TIYA She kindly explained to me that I was in the wrong place. And suggested that I call a cab to the correct destination which I did she ordered it for me and the cab came Taxi. I should say came very quickly within 5 to 10 minutes. I wanted to say thank you Tiya, For cheering me up and I thought to myself wow I’m not even a guest at this hotel and they treated me this well imagine how they must treat you when you stay you’re doing a great job miss,, good day goodbye Godspeed.

  I had a very comfortable short stay at the Holiday Inn Birmingham Airport - NEC. My room was comfortable and well equipped, and felt modern and well designed, and all of the staff I met were extremely helpful and friendly. I liked the touchscreen on the table in the restaurant, which my colleagues and I found it easy to use to order food at breakfast.

  To start, the hotel manager is great as he asks customers about their experiences. There were many building van's and they took the customer disabled parking which is where the problem is. The breakfast staff were courteous which is the general feel of the place. The receptionist however did not give a gym / pool key or towel (or advise correctly). This may not affect some but coming back and forth did affect our group with disabilities. Only one of us used the pool and gym and the facility itself is good. The beds were comfortable and clean. Temperature could be adapted so the overall stay was good. Slight wrong info online about to airport assistance but there is a complimentary bus. Thank you again to the manager. There was also some snack tasting on arrival which was a bonus.
