Stayed for just one night. The hotel has recently been refurbished. we have a mini suiter with a small kitchette, the room was excellent. The recption & restaurant staff were all very helpful and both the evening meal & breakfast were well prsented and excellent value. Overlall our short stay was most enjoyable and am happy to recommend this hotel to other future guests

Nice, modern hotel with a great swimming pool and super friendly staff. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant offers a few 24/7 menu options, which was a total lifesaver after my late flight. The location is excellent—there's a bus stop right outside the gate heading to the city center, and the airport shuttle service is super handy. Everything was fresh and spotlessly clean, and the provided bathrobes were a lovely touch. The only minor downsides were that the TV didn't have YouTube and the lobby bar was freezing cold in the evening.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. While the price was higher than nearby options, it was a pleasant experience overall. The customer service was genuinely friendly, and the morning breakfast was excellent. That said, there were a few drawbacks to keep in mind. Part of the hotel was under construction for an extension, which meant construction workers were directly outside my window, forcing me to keep the curtains closed all day with no view. The parking spots are also quite tight and tricky to navigate. Additionally, while the reception bar is convenient for a quick beverage, most of the drinks were flat.

Stayed for 3 nights and the room was refurbished and clean. The shower had waterfall and regular options and the sink was enormous. The beds were comfy and the location of the hotel was great. The shuttle was timely to NEC. The only small thing was the shower water temperature did not get as hot as we wanted it to be.

Stunning stay & Amazing staff, We arrived on Sunday 27th for a one-night stay and had an amazing visit. Everyone was very welcoming, patient and helpful, from check-in through to check-out. A special thank you to Kaz and Rachel from housekeeping — they were amazing! The hotel was lovely, clean and modern, with great gym and leisure facilities. The shuttle service to and from the NEC was also a massive help. Breakfast was definitely my favourite part of the stay, with a stunning selection of food. The table service for extras was a lovely little touch too. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable.
