- RVRichard VaughanAug 1, 20264.0A typical Premier Inn with great customer service. The only reason it isn't a five star is because it looks a bit tired and the aircon didnt work although there was a fan but notherless clean and only 20 minutes from the NEC/ airport.

We arrived late in the evening - the staff kindly refunded us for our evening meal and made sure we were booked in for breakfast at a time that suited us. The family room was good value for money with a double and single bed, travel cot, good TV, bathroom with bath and some space for our little one to explore. Free WiFi. Everything that we needed, and we will likely come again if passing through the area. Thanks very much!

As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated that they offered to place me in a quieter section for my comfort and safety, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast is fantastic, and the team consistently provides outstanding service. I always enjoy my stay and would happily return.
