  We didn't actually stay here, but instead left a bag using the Stasher service. Drop off and pick up took about a minute each, which was essential as we had a very strict deadline to get the last metro of the evening to Newcastle airport. Superb service.

  No issues, great room, fab service and great location where I needed to be. Breakfast was ideal with a variety of options to choose from, great start to the day.

  Exceptional service from the whole team, the staff here really are amazing! Led by a dedicated manager, nothing was too much trouble. Having one of the family that is not as able bodied, the access room, parking and friendly team were perfect. Rooms were great value for money and equipped with everything you would need. We booked breakfast which was buffet style and the food was very tasty. Hot and cold drinks self served which was ideal for us. A last minute decision to have an evening meal was accommodated, as was many others. But again the team were focused on delivering the best service. Even when under pressure! We finished off our evening with a couple of drinks in the bar. Prices were very reasonable so a single spirit became a double on the upsell!! Our thanks to all the team for making our stay perfect, definitely book again when we next visit 😀

  I travel around Europe for work and stay in hotels every week. I have never encountered such poor service from hotel staff. I asked to speak to the manager, but the staff told me that *they* were the bosses.
