- GCG. A. C.May 8, 20261.0Visually room seems clean. But as soon as you walk in there’s a smell. Bathroom also has a smell. No facial tissue box. No shower caps. No fridge. No drawers chest to put clothing. Have to literally live out of my suitcase. No complimentary water nor snacks. Bare minimum hotel room. ****Also, room cleaning and fresh towels have to be requested. No automatic daily cleaning. Worse, there is no phone in room to call reception desk. You have to go downstairs in person to request room cleaning and fresh towels. So, in the morning we requested cleaning and fresh towels. When we came back in the evening, fresh towels were left on the chair. Old towels in the bathroom floor left untouched, and not taken away. Toilet tissues were not refilled. Garbage bins were not emptied. Truly a 1 star hotel, maybe zero star. So, why would I pick this hotel? I didn’t! It’s part of a group tour package. Too bad for me.
