  My family and I travelled from London to Scotland today and arrived at the hotel hoping to check in early if a room was available. When I asked a member of staff, who appeared to be a housekeeping manager ( old lady with black hair who was walking around with some paper) whether there were any available rooms, she was not particularly helpful and did not provide any useful information. She repeatedly asked me to repeat my question several times and seemed uninterested in assisting. No clear explanation was provided regarding room availability or the hotel's early check-in policy at the reception as well. I understand that rooms may not always be available before the standard check-in time, but I would have appreciated a clear explanation and a more professional, customer-focused approach. This experience was disappointing, especially given the excellent service I received during my previous stay.

  Stopped here for a total of 8 nights. Couldn’t fault it for the money. Staff were so nice and the rooms spotless. Great location as it is right next to the M74 motorway and parking was ok too. Room was huge and good sized bathroom And the breakfast was included had everything that you needed and catered for different diet’s. 10/10 would stop here again Thank you for a great stay 😊

  Lovely place, service is great. Slightly dissatisfied with the quality of the breakfast, a hot breaky should be nice and hot, and feeling fuelled up for the day ahead but lacked quality.

  Had a wonderful 3-night stay at Holiday Inn Hamilton last week. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel’s location is also great, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.   Decepcionante,teniendo en cuenta que no es la primera vez que me hospedo en esta cadena de hoteles!La cama mas pequeña de lo que tengo en casa,tenia 140cm para dos personas!Hemos sido 2 parejas y la otra a tenido un cuarto decente con cama doble!Pedimos otro cuarto y la señora Grace nos dijo que asi son los cuartos y no nos quiso dar otra.Por la mañana en el desayuno estaban rellenando la cesta de pan sin guantes y esto me parece falta de higiene por parte del personal!No puedo dar mas de 1estrella porque no descanse nada bien y estamos de vacaciones para pasarlo bien y visitar,pero hoy no estoy en mi mejor forma y no podre alcanzar todas las metas que me propuse a visitar hoy!
