He wasn't friendly at all and made our check-in & check-out experience terrific. At least the management should have friendly personal at their reception for the pleasent experience.

The entrance is also confusing: you have to park in the mall entrance on the top floor, ring a bell to enter the building, and then go to the floor where reception is located.

Rooms are nice, bed was comfy and in general I have no complaints to note. Breakfast was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful when I was unable to get a taxi to Glasgow city centre and I didn’t know the local taxi numbers or companies so they phoned one for me. Only downside was the location wasn’t great for me personally as it was a bit far from Glasgow City Centre but that is not on the hotel and I now know that for next time.
