  "Sorry, can't help with that". I am a Diamond member at IHG and have travelled all through out the UK visiting multiple IHG hotels. This is by far the worst stay I have had. My stay is for 2 weeks and I had 1 request from the lady at reception which was to not be moved rooms during my stay since I have a lot of luggage. The lady promised that I will be in my room for 2 weeks and not be moved. She said that it was "locked in" on the system. Half way through my stay, I get a knock on my door saying I need to move rooms within the next 10 minutes because they have double booked my room. They moved me to the other end of the hotel and the manager Bronwyn claimed the only compensation I could receive was 5000 points which equates to nothing. The previous night before this happened, I was at the bar getting some drinks. The drink I requested was out of stock which they failed to tell me until after they begun to make the drinks, i requested a different flavour of the same drink and they also failed to tell me that it'll be an extra £10 for that drink. I was upsold due to their lack of stock. I brought this to the manager Bronwyn and she said there is nothing she will do about it. This lack of service is beyond disgusting. Especially to someone who has been so loyal to this brand to the point I have achieved diamond member status.

  Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of options, staff very friendly and room/leisure facilities are very good. Would stay again!

  Dirty Hotel.. dirty rooms, not cleaned properly, alarm going off at 6am, apparently due to a known issue in my room, i was given the room as you enter the site, had cars driving in and out lighting up my room all night.. room 45.. very poor, should be closed down. I would not recommend to anyone, breakfast was good I suppose is the only thing I could say on a positive note

  You won't locate the place on time if you're not good with road. If you are not aware/informed to register your car, you'll be charged. I was charged £100 without been informed after attending an event at the Inn!

  Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Sarcastic inattentive. Do not recommend anyone staying here!!!
