  You won't locate the place on time if you're not good with road. If you are not aware/informed to register your car, you'll be charged. I was charged £100 without been informed after attending an event at the Inn!

  We booked a premium family room for a two-night stay and had a very disappointing experience. Our room's climate control was broken from the moment we arrived, with a fault indicator displayed on the unit. Despite reporting it immediately, the only solution offered was a couple of small desk fans. We were told there were no alternative rooms available. The room was hot and stuffy with no fresh air. The only option was to leave the window open, but it let in constant traffic noise from the nearby motorway, surrounding roads and the hotel car park. As a result, my family and I got virtually no sleep. At around 4:00 a.m., after hours without sleep, I returned to reception. The night receptionist was very helpful and found another room after all, contradicting what we had been told earlier. I managed to get only a couple of hours' sleep, while the rest of my family remained in the original room because I did not want to wake them at 5:00 a.m. after they had finally managed to fall asleep. There were also stained bed sheets that had to be replaced, an empty soap dispenser, and a broken bathroom door handle. To the hotel's credit, we were moved to yet another room with working climate control the following day, complimentary breakfast was provided, and a 20% refund was offered. However, this did not make up for losing an entire night's sleep or the way the situation was initially handled. The monetary compensation also fell well short of reflecting the stress, inconvenience and fatigue caused by losing an entire night's sleep and much of the following day. If a functioning climate control system and a good night's sleep are important to you, I would think carefully before booking this hotel. The failure to resolve such a fundamental issue, despite repeated requests for assistance, left us with one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have experienced. We expected much better from Holiday Inn.

  Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. Terrible rooms. These guys charged me two no show fee for a day I wasn’t even there nor did I book!! They don’t answer their phones. The tv didn’t work, stains on the beds and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because someone showered with the bathroom door open. Avoid going at all cost. These guys are crooks.
