  We stayed here as a family of 4, for 2 nights over the heatwave weekend. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioned was very much appreciated. The beds we're very comfy and the amenities were great, hairdryer, kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, towels, and extra pillows. We took advantage of the meal deal for both nights and the choice of food and quality was great. The hotel is modern and very clean and the free parking is fantastic. The main thing that stood out for our visit was the staff. Everyone was so lovely, we felt so welcome and they we're brilliant with our children. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. I have also recommended it to friends.

  What's the point of spending vast sums staying inside the M25 for London when you can stay here which is cheaper, more pleasant, and air conditioned! Highly recommend this hotel as an overnighter using the Elizabeth Line from Burnham into Central London. Thank you Vijeata and the team.

  Fantastic. Booked the unlimited breakfast for the family. There was something for everyone, ontinenta breakfast, cooked food, hot and cold drinks the rooms had working air conditioning which was ideal for the weather we had for that weekend

  On arrival I asked about charging my van I was told the ones outside didn’t work and to use the ones in the multi storey opposite I could not get them to work I asked a member of staff they were no help so I had to drive to aldi and charge van on my return to hotel saw a car being charged on chargers outside so I asked the owner he told me he uses them when he goes to Costa so I asked in hotel about charging van again and was told the same to use the chargers in the multi storey and not the ones outside as they don’t work. So not happy

  This was my first time staying at Premier Inn at this location and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is idea for families visiting windsor and legoland. We travelled from leicester and our stay was very comfortable. The beds and rooms were spacious and the amenities were brilliant. The hot shower was amazing after a whole day at legoland. Attention to detail has been given to the branded Baylis and Harding handwash and shampoos and the water pressure for the hot shower was great. Spare towels and duvets were well stocked for our overnight stay and the AC was set to a cooling 19 degree in the scorching summer .very thoughtful. Olenty of charging points across the room with usb points too.The room overlook the parking and the main carpark opposite. (Just cross a road)Parking is included in the overnight stay and staff do remind you to put the registration upon arrival to validate free parking. Complimentary tea coffee satchets are provided and so is kettle ,tv and hairdryer. Our room was spacious and bed were very comfortable. I fell asleep pretty easily with no traffic noise from the road. The location is brilliant with local eateries so finding food to eat in the evening was not a problem. Halal and vegetarian option available outside the hotel but the hotel also provides an offer on its breakfast and dinner meal.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again
