  We stayed for two nights in September while visiting Legoland, and we had a very pleasant stay. The late check-in was easy and convenient. Our room was warm, clean, and comfortable, with very comfy beds. The hot bathtub was a great addition, especially on the cold September evenings. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. The hotel is also conveniently located within a short walking distance of the bus station, with a direct bus taking around 35 minutes to Legoland. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

  Worst hotel experience ever. Absolutely no service! I checked in last night, and the toilet flush in my room was not working from the beginning. I repeatedly went to reception and informed the management. After several visits, someone finally came and told me that it was nighttime and they had no maintenance staff available. They also said that all rooms were fully occupied, so they could not change my room. I had to stay in a room with a non-functioning toilet. When I spoke to them again in the morning, instead of resolving the issue, I was simply told that I had to manage. Even now, they have neither repaired the washroom nor offered a proper alternative. To make matters worse, they are also refusing to provide a refund. This is completely unacceptable. A hotel should at least provide a properly functioning bathroom and basic customer service. No maintenance, no solution, no refund, and absolutely no responsibility from the management. I strongly regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Worst experience ever.....the flush was not working....poor maintenance.....they dont have any alternate to fix the issue....customer relation team is also not reachable after office hours (even in distress situation)...the manager in the inn has no authority to decide...so you will be on your own..they will just say sorry and leave you hanging

  The staff were kind and helpful. The building is tired and past due a refurbishment. It did the job for one night prior to flying out of Heathrow.

  Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to train station and bus terminal to access services to Windsor.
