- ODOdette Dunn3 days ago3.0The decor was a little tired. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The meal deal drinks were very unclear what was included, this needs to be improved. Food ok.
- SRSheila RowsellSep 30, 20264.0Went for breakfast with my friend 30/9/26. Was well looked after by Renata from when we arrived to when we left she was so approachable and helpful

- ADAmy DerbyshireSep 29, 20265.0We stayed in 2 rooms as a party of 8 for 2 nights to visit chessington and Legoland for our daughter’s 4th birthday. On arrival the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. The standout for us was Francisco! We had dinner both nights and breakfast at the hotel, Francisco was an outstanding host and made us feel very welcome! His service and attentiveness was excellent and really made our stay memorable! The rooms had plenty of space and we all slept very well.
- RHRobert HoltSep 26, 20262.0Our family arrived late on Friday night, 25/09, as we were visiting Legoland Windsor on 26/09. After check we just put our bags in the room, which on entry smelt musky. The window was open and A.C on cold, room freezing. On waking up next morning, we noticed that the carpet below the A.C was soaking wet and damp up the skirting and wall. My wife was first in the bathroom, pubic hairs in the bath and dark hairs in the sink. Skirting and walls mouldy, tiles with mould on them Reported this on leaving. Not the best at all. Only a short stay but still expect a clean room. Premier Inn seem to have gone down hill a bit, second hotel in a couple of months, both shocking on cleanliness of rooms
