  Absolutely amazing service I couldn't have been happier. My family went to the restaurant the staff were so friendly we ordered then my wife felt unwell, the staff went above and beyond checking for any allergens. Then packed her food away and looked after the kids whilst I ran the food up to my wife. I've stayed here a few times now and I am always impressed by the staff.

  We had a very good stay, hotel was clean and staff were excellent. We had food in the restaurant which was good and the service was excellent. It's handy Sainsbury's being a minute walk and it's an excellent location for Legoland. My only slight negative was my wife slipped and injured herself in the bath/shower which only had minimal grips of poor quality.

  I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Slough. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The rooms were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thank you to Harnoor for providing exceptional customer service. Harnoor was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference and deserves recognition. I highly recommend Premier Inn Slough and look forward to staying here again. Thank you, Harnoor, for making our visit so memorable!

We regularly visit for breakfast, and although there are other Premier Inn locations in Slough, my son always prefers coming here mainly because of the incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind staff. A very special compliment goes to Renata. She is truly exceptional. She always welcomes us with a genuine smile, is extremely polite, humble, attentive, and wonderfully child-friendly. Even during very busy periods, she still takes the time to acknowledge us and make my son feel welcome. That level of hospitality makes a real difference. I would also like to recognise the supervisor (European lady who I believe is a supervisor. My apologies, as I have unfortunately forgotten her name) and the rest of the team. Everyone works extremely hard while remaining professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. The cleanliness, organisation, presentation, and service standards are consistently impressive. Having travelled extensively and experienced hospitality in many hotels around the UK and internationally, and coming from an aviation and premium catering background myself, I particularly appreciate cleanliness, attention to detail, consistency, and genuine customer care. This team demonstrates all of these qualities. Excellent service is not only about the food or the facilities, it is about how people make you feel. Renata and her colleagues make this Premier Inn a place my family genuinely enjoys returning to. Renata, thank you for your kindness, your smile, and the wonderful way you treat families and children. Please keep up the excellent work.   I stay at this hotel when I travel down south to see family and friends. On my recent visit yesterday myself and a family memeber had booked some rooms with early check in. We arrived at the hotel at aprox 10.40am which was 20 minutes earlier than the check in team. I spoke to Snezhana at the check in desk who did advise they was a slight delay in the rooms being ready due to the hotel being fully booked from the night before and rooms needed to be prepared and cleaned so a bit more time would be needed. When we did check in just before 12pm Snezhana also allowed us to check into a room were we did not have early check due to our patience. Snezhana provided a great service overall with clear explanation around the slight issue that occurred and was very professional, she went above and beyond and is a credit to your company.
