- DADave Askew2 days ago5.0If you need to be in the centre of Manchester this is ideal. Less than 5 mins from Victoria Station, good beds, nice rooms and a great breakfast.
- MTMaria TyeJun 8, 20262.0All self checking, no personal touch. The machine would not recognise our qr code, an we were aimlessly waiting around not knowing what to do. The staff that were there (Which seemed to be very few) were absolutely lovely! Couldn't find where to have dinner, nobody to check us in for breakfast. The room was nice, big and clean, but could do with some updating. We always stay at premier inns (and had stayed in 3 different ones the 3 previous nights) but this has to be the worst experience ever! Not helped by the fact that someone on our floor ( we were floor 4 room 411) was smoking dope and you could smell it everywhere! If I smell it, it makes my lips very itchy and swell, so 2 hours after I am still suffering! But again no staff to tell them this.

Views from front rooms of hotel towards Manchester Cathedral. Staff are friendly and the bar is well stocked. The breakfast menu is extensive, including self serve. For those who are gluten-free, it was quite reassuring that the staff offered to prepare a breakfast fresh rather than having to go to the breakfast buffet. Rooms are air-conditioned which is great during the summer months.
