  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location and a comfortable stay I had a very enjoyable stay at Premier Inn Manchester City Centre (Arena/Printworks). The location is excellent, especially if you're visiting Manchester Arena, the Printworks, shops, restaurants, and the city centre — everything is within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay, with a great city-centre location. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.

  I've never had to complain about a Premier Inn but this one is horrendous. It's in desperate need of a refurb and the poor girl.who seemed to be the only staff.member on deserves a medal and a pay rise. The place is disgusting. Good location but plenty of other excellent hotels nearby for less money. We moved hotels it was so bad. The photo is of the best seat in the bar 😬😒

  This hotel stay was fantastic. The room was exactly what I wanted, and was actually a bit more spacious than a typical Premier Inn room, which was more than welcome. The staff, both on reception and at breakfast were really lovely and friendly. The hotel itself is very well located, only about 5 minutes walk from Manchester Victoria and the AO arena, and even closer to Manchester Cathedral. There are also museums, which albeit are slightly further afield, are still in walking distance if you're up for it. My only minor gripe was the escalators inside the hotel, they were very grindy and loud, which was very noticeable sitting for breakfast. Altogether, a wonderful time.

  Premier Inn Manchester Arena Printworks. Avoid this facility as plague, due to safety concerns and weird or arrogant staff attitude, lack of training etc. I would give ZERO if may. During check-in with my wife and daughter, the machine was not working and I was helped by reception, during this short time, 3 or more crazy kids popped into lobby, starting to messes around, also with me to use mobile selfie mode to capture my face , which I pushed them away, it's WILD / unacceptable to happen in the hotel lobby, Premier inn supposed to provide safe environment to customers. More wild / unbelievable situation was by hotel staff David (when I asked his name he told) to tell me calm down many times, which I explained that I was angry and shocked by the incident in the lobby with crazy kids with phone (looking like kind of capture of face / selfie mode with oval circle to verify ID face, looking very weird to me ), David told me I cannot push kids, which already happened when they messed with me at the time. David didn't really help me as customer in this situation, and told me I have to calm down /// meanwhile the crazy kids still messing at the hotel door /// it's daytime in the 4pm afternoon, how crazy is that, the hotel called the uniform on the kids also uniform talked to me, said they know the kids will talk to their parents balabala (not a fresh thing to them) , and then uniform told me that hotel wanted me to leave. Premier inn failed to do their job to provide safe environment, also denied my staying on this unacceptable service attitude to customers. I tried to log complaint to Premier inn corp office, which I believed not so positive as how they trained their staff. My case was a reflection, for you to consider before booking.   The room felt a little dated but huge. I appreciated the new bathroom tiles and great shower as it felt they had tried to spruce it up. Around 7.15am there was a strange humming noise in the room which lasted around 10-15 minutes on both mornings I stayed (thankfully I was up and about so it didnt disturb my sleep!) The hotel is near the Arndale Centre and a short walk to the centre of town, tram and bus stops. There were a handful of United football supporters staying one night but no issues. As with most Premier Inns there is a vending machine in reception but I thought this was a little overpriced (£3 for a bottle of water?!) but reception offered free iced water in a butt (which was empty come the end of the day). So bring a bottle to top up during the morning or seek out the local mini-supermarkets when staggering back after your night out!
