  Absolutely, fantastic hotel great stay comfy bed, beautiful room, toilet had bath & shower , breakfast excellent, overall 2 night stay was superb

  This out of the way hotel is in very poor shape. Lifts didn’t work and it felt uncared for. Staff not great either. It is a very basic hotel and was far too pricey for the low quality experience.

  Staff absolutely excellent, helpful and personable. Only slight downside was the bed in room 14 was not the most comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Good location and 20 to 25 minute walk to Manchester City Centre.

  We we're a party of 11 , and between us all we couldn't fault the hotel from check in to check out, the rooms were just lovely the welcome was great after our journey from Glasgow , breakfast was perfect 👌 but the one thing that made our stay was the staff so amazing. Thank you from us all and we'll done ✔️ 😘❤️

  The hotel itself is very convenient for Manchester City Centre, and offers ample free onsite parking for guests, which is a rarity in the city! Just be mindful you do need to register your vehicle at reception upon arrival, but it’s very clearly signed that you need to do this. The service from all the staff members I interacted with was consistently excellent. They were all very welcoming and accommodating and made my stay very pleasant. They are all an asset to the property. The food was also very good. The breakfast selection was the usual buffet-style self-service setup, and it had a good selection, and was very nice. I did notice they had a separate Gluten free area which was great to see. I also had dinner and the food was delicious, hot and freshly cooked, really can’t fault it! The menu had a good varied selection. The rooms are a slight let down though unfortunately, hence me only giving 4 stars overall. They are very dated and not what I expected from a IHG property. In my bathroom the ceiling needed repairs and the air-con unit cover was being held closed by sellotape (see photographs) Other parts of the room were badly maintained and date and needed a facelift. The lift was also out of order, and appears to have been like that for a number of weeks from other comments. Overall the hotel is great, and if they refurbished the rooms, then this would be an excellent hotel.
