- DMDavid MowbrayAug 14, 20261.0I stayed here for three nights, I was seriously disappointed with my stay. The room was covered in filthy black marks including the mattress. I couldn't stop scratching. I eventually ended up staying with my son in his nearby airb'nb it was so bad.The air con leaked causing me to slip and injure my leg and groin. It seems from reading other reviews here this was already an issue with the hotel. Only on the final day of my stay did someone offer to have it looked at. I contacted the hotel with my concerns and keep getting replies saying they can't open the images I have sent. Perhaps they can view them here The location was great, everything else was very poor. complaint Case10600189893 still awaiting your response.

The toilets are not in good shape, keeps flushing forever and you have to fix it by opening the lid and moving around the mechanisms. The AC was leaking for days, broken and with tape trying to hold the thing together. We had to use our towels to clean the floor. The shower leaks too and makes the entire bathroom floor wet. The lift was broken for days, no telephones on the rooms, not when the reception had a phone. This place is dreadful.
