  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service That Made Our Stay Special We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre, and a big part of that was thanks to Mia. From the moment we arrived, Mia went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She kindly upgraded our first room and arranged a room change that perfectly suited our needs. Her warm welcome, beautiful smile, and genuine kindness made us feel valued and truly looked after. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the entire reception team for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help whenever we needed anything. It’s the people who make a hotel memorable, and Mia and the reception team certainly did. We truly appreciated everything they did for us and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Manchester such a pleasant experience!

  Loved this hotel and it's quiet, tranquil location. It took literally a couple of minutes to walk to the tram stop to get into the city centre and also the Coronation Street experience is across the bridge. Staff were friendly and polite. Our bed or mattress was really bad. It dipped in the middle where me and my spouse kept rolling onto and into one another it was that bad. The view was also poor overlooking A/C units and rooftops from the buildings below with not much else. 50% of the rooms appeared to have this so try and avoid a room with an equal number as they are all on the same side.

  Amazing place to stay and very good help from the receptionist as laiba,Sarah E and Mia they are amazing as guiding me and giving me local information. Really good service all around

  I understand that you cant take your own drink (coffee) when having a meeting in the lobby but the staff could go better about it... not shouting through the whole building "You cant drink that in here"... The food we had (soup) was really delicious and the memeber of staff calmed down after we ordered.

  Holiday Inn Manchester MediaCityUK is a really good budget-friendly hotel in a fantastic location. The Co-op is literally next door, the tram stop is only about a 5-minute walk away, and the car park is conveniently beside the hotel. Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was well-equipped with everything needed. The shower pressure could be a little softer, but apart from that, the TV, cleanliness, and especially the higher-floor views were excellent. Overall, a very comfortable stay and great value for Manchester.
