- SPSandra POct 5, 20263.0We had a problem with the room allocated on arrival. It absolutely stank of dog poo. The nearer I got to the window the worse it got. There it was stained on the carpet. Absolutely disgusting to have this in a bedroom. The staff were amazing and dealt with the issue immediately. Room changed and the Manager dealt with this to our satisfaction. My husband is allergic to dog hair. You should be asked if you mind a room that has had a dog in it. The location was amazing.

The sentence tagging parking fee is constructed in a way that you you would think it is £12 after discount and normal prices starts from £18. Where in real parking costs £36 and that £12 is by how much it is going to be reduced for guests.

The kitchen staff don't get enough appreciation from the hotel user's. I hope the lady i said Thankyou to today remembers me and hopefully made her day for saying Thankyou for Breakfast! We had evening ice cream with my youngests Pictures of the food we had not the breakfast though I didnt have phone with me 💔 But surrounding areas also 🥰😘
