  Location is ok, good if your using the train station. Bit of a walk into Telford but doable - even with the kids. Surrounding area is not the best but it was fine for us for a night. Lots of parking - you have to pay for it though but price was reasonable. Room was clean, bit tired but fine. Breakfast was ok, food wasn't great quality but there was enough of it.

  Standard Premier Inn with food from Brewers Fayre - no surprises, probably needs a refurbished in the next 5yrs. The only downside is the putrid Nescafe Original coffee sachets they put in rooms - come on Premier Inn, you can do better than this.

  I am currently spending 4 nights here. If you've read my reviews before you'll be aware I'm a ADHD Solo female traveller, and I love to give feedback to those that treat me like a person! Today 2 staff Fi and Nicky in the restaurant were amazing!! I asked for a corner seat..don't like people at the side or behind me.. they accommodated me very well, with no fuss, I usually eat with my head phones on to focus on what I'm doing, they used their body language and eye contact to check I was ok, but without physically approaching me, which for myself means more than words. For all my ADHD, AUHD and Autistic families, and sole travellers out there, you will be catered for here without question. These 2 ladies are fab x Fi and Nicky here's a personal thankyou for making my stay comfortable, keep up your exceptional customer service x

  I go up to Telford for a at least 5 days every month and have been doing so for well over a year. I’ve always stay here. All staff I’ve interacted with are extremely helpful and friendly. I do have autism and can appear awkward. Also due to ADHD I need things broken down so it’s simple (especially after a workday) which the staff are happy to do. The manager Sam is a wonderful woman. I sometimes have to stay longer than anticipated (like this weekend) and she explained what to do with my two bookings and sorted out my meal deal (also the room to make sure I had to and didn’t have to check out when the first booking was over). The room is comfortable with air con and a window that can be open. The area around is quiet and I’ve found WiFi stable. Next door is a Beef Eater. Location wise it’s near the train station and not far from shops. I’d also say the view is quite nice. Plenty of parking as well. I do highly recommend Premier Inn Telford Central if you are looking at a place to stay.
