I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Telford and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. A special mention to Uzma, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming, and her friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team at Premier Inn Telford for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again on my next visit to Telford. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really enjoyed our stay , Uzma on reception was so friendly and welcoming , and always had a smile on her face .Check-in was quick, and she sorted out the parking issue for us straight away . We did notice that the rooms could do with some renovation. ,as there was quite an unpleasant smell in our first room, but Uzma quickly moved us to another room without any fuss. .She also kindly provided us with complimentary WiFi vouchers Breakfast was okay , and overall we had a lovely stay

We came here a few weeks ago and enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and we cannot fault the service we received, especially as the staff had to look after the premier Inn part and serve in the beefeater restaurant. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Helpful staff older building we got unlucky with our room due to a chair having been urinatesd on and missed by house keeping, once we worked out the source of the stink they offered to change our room but we need the accessable rooms so they agreed to remove the chair. Bed was not up to the standard I'm used to from primer inn. A Small double not the nice king size when you have a big inscure assistance dog with 2 adults that really makes a difference. It Walking distance from the main train station and next to a very busy road but you have to drive to get to any shops. And the meal options are the standard menu but breakfast wasn't great. The staff were very good and only one wasn't super friendly and helpful.
