Awful awful awful location. Restaurant closed on the evening with no prior warning. My daughter and I are autistic * we only booked ur hotel as a on site Restaurant! Drove over a hour to find a nice quietest place to eat. TV didn't work i went all the way down to reception as contact number was a robot! Told Nathan will be up and he never did! Breakfast omg disgusting 🫣 blue bacon, undercooked sausage, tinned mushrooms then the chef came out in gloves and emptied the bins ( pushing rubbish down with her hands) she then got all the remaining bread and muffins etc with the same gloves# hands! No fresh fruit or vegetarian options we didn't eat breakfast. Oh and the ketchup had mould on the top. I have pics but im saving for eviromental health!

Exceptional stay at premier inn once again, and that is all down to a lovely lady named Tracey. Outstanding service as always from Tracey, it’s like seeing an old friend whenever we stay here for our annual shows, so attentive and friendly, she always lights up our experience and does whatever she can to make our stay the best possible experience. I unfortunately did not catch the name of her colleague with blonde short curly hair but the same goes for her, lovely lady attentive and friendly. Thank you both for being so lovely, it really makes a difference and goes so much further than they’ll ever realise, exactly what customer service should be. (From the usual yearly gang).

The building looks awful from the outside but the rooms are clean and ok.
Do not waste your money on a continental breakfast here. There’s plenty of places to get food locally. Clearly Premier Inn has no real understanding of what a continental breakfast should be as these rock-solid, and inedible ‘pain au chocolat’ will attest. No meats. No cheeses. Low quality bread. Somebody from Premier should visit hotels in France or Germany to see how it should be done, because this is beyond disappointing!

So what about your staff?????? I say staff, I actually mean your managers. Useless, get someone who actually cares about you and your stay.
Hard to believe, but we had a bat flying around our room in the early hours of the morning. My wife was super distressed and as such had no more sleep. I got up to get phone to video/ photograph, the wife opened the door and bat flew straight out and down the corridor, so unfortunately I was not able to capture on phone.
Basically the managers did not believe us !!!
I asked for a number for complaints which I got eye rolled at. When I got the number off the manageress she conveniently gave me the wrong number( this number did not exist).
After tracking down said manageress who was hiding in the kitchen!!! I got the correct number. I reported what had happened, the lady was shocked at what had happened. Obviously a bat in a room is not an everyday occurrence. She needed to talk to the manager and see what had happened.
Now this is my point…….The manageress told the complaint line a completely different story to what actually had happened and said that we were making the whole story up…. Why????????
I am in the catering industry and have been since leaving scool( I’m 60 years old).
Never been treated like this before, never been called a liar before.
It doesn’t matter how my stay was, I shall never use personaly or professionally Premier Inn again.
I’ve cancelled my business app with premier which I used a lot.
As for the Management, and there front of house manner, they are not fit for purpose.
