- ADA DAug 21, 20261.0Lady in the restaurant gave me a very hard time today without any reason at all, given that they didn't communicate with eachother that I had paid for the breakfast with her colleague. She created a mess for me Interestingly, didn't even bother to say sorry, just said it is fine Worst ever experience

- MWMia WalmsleyAug 10, 20263.0The location is a convenient 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Unfortunately, although we paid for early check-in, we were greeted by a woman at self-check-in who abruptly informed us no rooms were ready - she then disappeared. Around 15 minutes later, she and another lady returned, spoke to another customer who was waiting to check-in, and then checked them and ourselves in. No apology for the wait. We were given a room on the second floor, right next to the door to the lift, which ensured we heard everyone who entered and exited the list over the next 2 days, including during the night. The room was small and clean. The windows don't open at all and there was a "old" smell about the place. The aircon helped but the lack of ventilation meant the window was full of condensation in the mornings. Unfortunately, Saturday night appeared to be party night for the venue over the road so, despite being exhausted none of our party, including 2 children, slept till gone 11pm. Other than check-in we saw no staff at all over the weekend. Would we return? Not likely.
