- TBTom Blanchard3 days ago4.0Excellent value for money. Great location although significant construction work underway at this time. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Car parking extremely tight but other options to park are available. Did not use the restaurant
- BJBen & Emma Jacobs4 days ago4.0Handy location… on-site parking by hotel is awful if in a large car. However, if it works for you the multi-storey car park behind this is cheap but locks up overnight between 10pm & 7am Sunday and midnight to 7am weekdays / Saturdays.

- PWPaul WhiteSep 28, 20264.0Nice location on the river Restaurant and bar were not open upon our arrival, was quiet though
- GGGuppy GoldenSep 12, 20264.0I stayed here 1 night as part of a work event party of approx 50. Check in was welcoming, he had a pre- organised box of key- cards with post-it on each with the name. The poor man was running everything, reception, bar, kitchen porter etc. I saw 1 other staff & 1 kitchen maid while there. My main bug was that our dinner seating was later than expected so we weren't eating till 20:20. Then I learnt data security was lacks. I was concerned for a colleague so asked if he had checked in (not even what room, just read he in the hotel) & was told they couldn't tell me (fair enough), but the key- card box was then left on reception unattended for anyone to go through (which my manager did to find hers after being told this was procedure by another of my colleagues) & my room number was given to a colleague just for the asking. Given the current climate regarding guest safety in hotels of this nature..... concerning
