  Bar area was like The Marie Celest at 2130 at night. Staff were out the back for 20 minutes. The 5 car charging points were all out of action. No Chicken,Leek and ham pie. No ordinary coffee sachets for the room. Phoned the Holiday Inn Central hub at 2145 to complain, and got through to a call centre in the Caribean!

  Thank you Louisa, mgr and Rebecca, reception! 💕I've never been to such a hotel where the staff are so amazing ❤️ I've stayed in lots of more expensive hotels but the shower here was the best. The breakfast for a fussy me was wonderful, thanks! They couldn't help enough. The kindness, thoughtfulness of Louisa and Rebecca was beyond what you get or expect! We will be back and you better be there. Ram n Viv

  Enjoyed our stay, nice clean room, comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice good.

  To be honest not a great place. Rooms are OK but overpriced. Service at front desk is fine but I was appalled to have £500 of parking tickets through my letterbox the week after my stay, despite parking being free for paid guests. Luckily they were able to remove these tickets in the end

  Disappointing. Breakfast with little choice. Scrambled egg cold and like rubber, bacon dried up! No top up of tea and coffee, toilet roll or the bins emptied in room for two day stay. Reception staff helpful but would hesitate to stay in Holiday Inn again.
