  Comfortable first floor room. Spacious and clean. Tea and coffee available in room- kettle. Lift available. Staff were professional. Breakfast included, buffet style with continental and full English options. Milk alternative available at breakfast but not in room. Easy check in and out. Plentiful car parking. Some electric charging points. Location is on a business park so great for easy access to major roads, not if you want a view.

  Room was nice, clean and air conditioned (although there was a damp smell in the bathroom), what brings the score down is the breakfast - my husband and I are vegetarian and whilst it said there were veggie sausages on request, when we asked there was only 1 left, which then took 25 minutes to arrive, by which time the majority of the hot food was gone and took a further 10 minutes to be replenished. Considering we went at 8am I'd have expected more than 1 sausage to be left.

  Red hot shower you could not turn down as the tap was broken, breakfast there was nothing left at 8.30 in the morning, ants crawling all over the bar,dinner was disgusting left it,worse hoilday inn i have ever been to,waitress rude with no customer care

  Arrived and found location easily. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Slept well. Unfortunately the shower did not work properly and was unable to regulate the temperature....constantly hot. Given that we are in a current heatwave situation not good. Breakfast was disappointing...even when it stated available from 0630 to 0930 many ingredients were not ready or immediately available. It seemed that the breakfast staff were not happy with their situation just as much as the customers using this facility. This morning like yesterday morning we found many of the breakfast items were not being replenished in a timely way. We even had to clear our own table of the previous occupants breakfast dishes no napkins available too.

  What a great welcome at check in ,the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good I did not enjoy the scrambled eggs but that is a personal preference. The sausages are the best I have had in ages . The ladies on shift last night Saturday 1 August thank you..I had too much alcohol so I forgot your names ... but not the service .... 10 /10
