  Great location, easy access to the main services, worked very well for us. Rooms clean and easy access. We did have a few problems with the booking website, and had to pay an additional £20 as we were classed as a walk in. Normally I would have been very frustrated and not given good feedback. But the receptionist was incredibly and tried so hard to support us. Constantly smiling and trying her best, total credit to the company. 👏👏 will be back just hope the website is better. Shout out to Shannon

  Great value, super friendly staff, happy to help . Rooms clean to great standard, and beds super comfy. Only.negative was the heat and only having a fan

  The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming They go above and beyond to make sure that your visit is a pleasurable one

  Location fantastic, everything you need on site and 2 min walk over the car park, Tyler was a great help, couldn't do enough for us and we thank him for that. Great service Tyler was very polite, friendly and made our stay plesent (employee of the weekend) Good coffee supply as im a coffee moster lol. Thanks again Tyler

  Clean, functional and amazing staff Myself and friend stayed here with two rooms due to its location being fairly central to lilleshall national sports center. Had a football tournament so arrived after 4pm, met by a fantastic member of staff on front desk (apologies for not getting the name), collected two room keys and made way to the rooms. So let's be clear these rooms were purchased last minute and on the cheap, friends were staying in a local hotel to here so logistics all worked Rooms were clean and basic with towels and tea coffee provided. Bathroom was clean, towels clean, all in one shower gel provided, toilet clean with decent amount of toilet paper. Bedroom was clean, bed was soft, fan was provided and lighting was good Truth is everything is just basic but absolutely perfect when it's a flying visit, get in, sleep, get out You are next to M way services so is busy but you wouldn't know it with the quiet room (I did have my window open) No bar and couldn't find (or asked) for breakfast area in the morning though had breakfast as part of the bill. You can purchase beers cider or wine from the fridge behind reception, id suggest getting next door to services and purchase what you want there it will still be cheaper. Staff were excellent, smiling, happy and very chatty on arrival. Genuinely happy to support on your stay So overall, it's cheap, basic with location slightly outside the city center. If you want lavish, wrong place If you want cheap, a night to crash out.... Absolute winner 🏆
