- WWWillSep 29, 20265.0Wow — what a refreshing level of service! As someone who travels very regularly for work and consequently stays in hotels quite often, I can honestly say this place was a real breath of fresh air. Lindsey was absolutely exceptional. Her warmth, hospitality and attention to detail made my stay so much more memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was too difficult. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and her local knowledge was fantastic. Whether I was looking for recommendations on shops, food or places to go out, she was always happy to help and pointed me in exactly the right direction. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes so much pride in making their guests feel welcome, and Lindsey deserves real recognition for the service she provides. In my opinion, she is exactly the kind of person who deserves appreciation, recognition and even a promotion. I’ll definitely be choosing to stay here whenever I’m in the area going forward. An amazing experience from start to finish — and a huge thank you to Lindsey for making it so special!

- ABAndy BraunstonSep 26, 20265.0Excellent room, squeaky clean, comfortable, nice bed and well equipped spacious bathroom. Excellent location for Ironbridge and Telford and very pet friendly. Great welcome from Tyler who was very helpful and a very good representative for the chain.
- KDKamil DemirSep 7, 20262.0I chose this hotel because the reviews looked decent and it had EV charging, which was important to me. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hotel is basically part of a service area, with no proper restaurant or breakfast room. Breakfast was brought in from the food hall, which I wasn’t expecting. The hotel itself felt tired and worn. The bed and towels were clean, but overall it didn’t live up to my expectations. The EV charging was also disappointing. There were several chargers, but I tried many of them and only one or two seemed to work. I spent quite a bit of time just trying to charge my car.
