- RJRick Johnson2 days ago1.0Stayed here for 2 nights recently had a bad nights sleep on first night on 2 nd floor because of noisy neighbours slamming doors and bathroom extractor fan faulty I complained first thing in the morning next day they moved my room and wasn't willing to give any type of refund and I was informed I should of complained the same night even it was midnight. Good night sleep my foot not impressed

Evening meals a limited but reasonable list of mains. Food was very tasty with what we had. Staff very friendly. Close to a few other places like Morrisons etc Easy to get to Hotel and car park very clean and tidy fresh looking. Multiple floors but lift access so no issues for those with limited ability.

Always a friendly, warm welcome no matter how late I arrive, particular note to Caroline and Lea!!!! They always go above and beyond to accommodate requests!!!

Also very happy to refill our drinks bottles with ice and water for our journey onwards. We did not feel rushed to leave, a very relaxed atmosphere and all in all an enjoyable breakfast.
