As a professional bouncy hopper tested and following a hard day's work bouncing, I fully appreciated the comfortable bed. In my timeout I like to wrestle chickens so the smothered chicken main was truly respected. I left no gaps and I did not disrespect the tasty salad by application of ketchup. A little like my "first time" I forgot the nachos starter, a little bland for my liking; however, the goujons hit the spot and will certainly be remembered. As for dessert; 2 options were bechosen, my favourite being the choc Brownie ice cream. The STP tasted watery, almost like a "diet" option. I left for bed with a full belly after being served by the friendly staff.

Room 17 smells like dogs, lights flickering, dirty towels and very low water pressure water pressure, me and my family came here to stay overnight on holiday and wanted somewhere to stay, we know premier inn and what they have, but most times there has been something in our room weather that is low water pressure, broken beds or just the cleanliness of the room.

I want to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at Oswestry Premier Inn, even though I was unable to secure a room because the hotel was completely filled. I were stuck with my family when my car broke down close by. In a tense circumstance, all the staff went above and above by checking on us multiple times, offered drinks and snacks, allowing us to use the toilet and making us feel comfortable. The crew genuinely lives by the phrase "Kindness," which is posted at the entryway. I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for their kindness and concern.

I booked Premier Plus room which should have been better and got a room without a window! Well it had a window but it was completely obscured and fixed so you could neither see out of it or open it. On one of the sunniest days of the year, on my holidays there was no daylight. The same is true of their 'restaurant' - one tiny window, no daylight, nowhere to sit outside. Avoid this hotel - and definitely don't pay extra for a Premier Plus room is daylight is important to you.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Premier Inn Oswestry – the new restaurant is a complete disaster Our experience at the newly renovated Premier Inn Oswestry restaurant was absolutely shocking from start to finish. What should have been a pleasant stay and meal turned into an incredibly frustrating experience, and the breakfast was quite frankly the worst part of it. We had reserved tables specifically so that our entire party could sit together for breakfast. Despite having made a reservation, we arrived to find that the restaurant had been overbooked, meaning our party was split up and we were unable to sit together as planned. How can a restaurant accept reservations for guests and then overbook to the point where those reservations cannot actually be honoured? It completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation in the first place. But somehow, things got even worse. There wasn’t even enough food available to cater for the guests who were there. We were left waiting for food to be replenished, with guests having to stand around waiting for basic breakfast items. For a hotel restaurant, particularly one that knows exactly how many guests are staying and how many breakfasts have been booked, this is completely unacceptable. You know in advance how many guests you have. You know how many breakfasts have been reserved. So how is it possible to run out of food? The whole breakfast service was chaotic, poorly organised and extremely disappointing. The fact that this is a newly renovated restaurant makes the situation even more embarrassing. A refurbishment might make the restaurant look newer, but it certainly hasn’t improved the customer experience. We paid for a service that simply wasn’t delivered properly. Being unable to sit with the people we had travelled with, despite reserving tables, and then having to deal with inadequate food supplies made the whole experience incredibly disappointing. Premier Inn should be seriously questioning how this restaurant is being managed. The basics of running a breakfast service — honouring reservations, accommodating guests and providing enough food — should not be difficult. This was one of the most poorly organised hotel breakfast experiences I’ve encountered. The newly renovated restaurant might look nice, but the actual experience is absolutely disgraceful. Premier Inn Oswestry needs to do much better.
