- ABAshley BoultonSep 28, 20265.0We stayed as a family for a week, exceptional service. All the staff were warm and friendly and very helpful if we needed anything. Especially Kelly on the reception, she was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean neat and tidy, the showers were good and powerful. Overall the rooms were perfect for what we needed. My parents requested a ground floor room which was no bother, even with a walk in shower which suited thier needs perfectly. Breakfast every morning was spot on, Yuri the young chef had breakfast worked out perfectly as well as the other chefs cooking breakfast. Definitely would come here again in the future, and we definitely will soon enough. If your looking for a good hotel in the area, definitely recommend staying here.
- BBBeth BethSep 26, 20265.0Room was clean and well sized, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, always happy to help
- DTdan turnerSep 12, 20262.0Newly taken over. Hope they put in some work and retrain there cleaners. The staff gave great service but was let down by the room. I stayed on the new owners first day. Carpets were dusty and very thick in some areas, bathroom was tired and in need of repair/replacement as the toilet was smashed and the bath panel was blistered and paint peeling. Hotel was fully booked. The bed was new, clean and comfortable. Can't complain about the quality.
