Has it become impossible to talk to local human being?

- GMgemma moutrayMay 24, 20265.0Having stayed at many premier inn with children the standard has been pretty much the same, I continue to return because we know what to expect however the lead up to this particular stay had been quite stressful and I needed to contact the hotel reception prior to my stay to confirm some additional needs. Kirsty was so helpful and reassuring. She was at the reception on our arrival and spoke to both children, ensured we had everything we needed and offered advice on booking the restaurant. The hotel area was lovely and quiet and the nearby garden centre/aquatics centre entertained the 6 year old while I sorted the luggage and older child. Would definitely come back, thank you Kirsty!

As usual we were a late arrival but we're greeted with a smile. The room was 208, nice big comfy bed, good shower and very peaceful. Couldn't fault it Kelly was really friendly a credit to the reception desk Nice beefeater right next door and plenty of space in the car park for a large van Will definitely stay here again when we are working close
