Absolute joke this premier inn. I’ve stayed in premier inns the length and breadth of this country, and this has to be the worst so far. The layout makes no sense at all, and their fancy new restaurant makes breakfast to order - nice in principle, but with hardly anyone in the restaurant we still waited far too long to be served. The whole point of a premier inn is to get in get out.
The room was as expected though - clean and comfortable.

The hotel was fine for the night. Located just off the M62. The rooms were a bit tired but okay for the price we paid. Friendly welcoming staff. Pub next door had a good selection of food. Breakfast was a bit limited on Saturday morning due to a lack of visitors eg they didn’t seem to be cooking too much food or putting food on display through fear of it going to waste.

Don't bother with breakfast it's very poor and has let down the side.
A nice, clean hotel. Staff are lovely and the reception team were fantastic and welcoming. Shower pressure could be better, for a couple of nights it's fine. The lack of choice on the TV basically makes it redundant. Plenty of charger points a plus. Room temperature control and lighting control is good for a three star. My only real complaint was other guests. People are noisy I get that, if though you sit on the restaurant and treat it like it's your living room it's a bit much. In the evenings regular guests in the form of middle aged sales reps hold court like they own the place and are noisy. A hotel stay is a treat for us mere mortals and I could do with people keeping their voices down as I have no interest in listening to them.
So in summary the hotel is good and easy to find. Perhaps more signage to remind people that the facilities are not a crèche, coffee morning or their front room. Another for business users that you don't have to tell the whole restaurant that your car fleet is all electric now. I don't care, shut up and drink your meal expenses quietly.

Would give 5* everyday of the week for this place and the amazing team who work there.
Dropped a point to the company for the Bathroom design in the ultra suits. They are huge, designed for chair users wet room style. You stuffed everything in one end. I don't use a chair and find everything seems cluttered. I'm sure and really hope it works well for those who need it.
Had a shower, got up in the middle of the night for a per and the floor was still soaking, wet feet not nice. Plenty of space move the loo away from the shower.
While your at it put a handle on the inside of the sliding door. Terrible design.
The rest of the room is incredible for the price.
Food is amazing.
It's the staff that really shone at this place, so lovely fun and professional. Really enjoyed my day, not the bathroom. Rethink it !!!

The hotel itself and room was pleasing and to a good standard. The Social was a very nice clean organised place to eat with very friendly staff.
The downside was arrival and ignorance from GAZZA on reception
I waited and waited no eye contact no hi how are you until after a difficult minute I said hi I have a room booked, ok hang on a minute and eventually I was seen too, first impression counts, I stay at many premier inn hotels and this first impression was by far the worst I’ve had.
