- JRJacqui Roberts2 days ago1.0No air conditioning, windows have restrictions and we were right on a dual carriageway. No plugs near the bed so the one fan had to be on the desk. All made for a very unpleasant night. Plus the lift wasn't working and we were on the 2nd floor. Won't be using again. Staff were very pleasant and helpful though, although I felt sorry for them having to deal with all that.
