  Wife & I stayed a night after a concert in the city. Lovely lady on reception when checking in, lovely room. Very clean, my only gripe was the shower, would have preferred a walk in one instead of over a bath. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant & perfect for the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

  Good rooms and breakfast. 400 yds from Central areas. Parking next door ... do have to walk round in street for 2 mins.

  Checked with reception the night before and was told I had a meal allowance and breakfast booked. Next morning I headed to breakfast to be told I wasn't in the list and had no breakfast, 'host' was about as helpful as a smack in the mouth. Shame because the team the night before were very good. Keep your breakfast, I won't be staying here again. Edit: checked with reception on the way out and breakfast was on my room, why couldn't the 'host' check this? Utter incompetence.

  We had a great stay at Premier Inn for a couple of nights this weekend. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and were always happy to help with any questions or enquiries we had. Our room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and we had no issues during our stay. The only thing we found a little frustrating was the hallway light outside our room, which stayed on throughout the evening and meant quite a lot of light came through the bottom of the door. Unfortunately, we felt this did affect our sleep as it was quite bright, and we didn’t get the quality of sleep we were expecting. We completely appreciate that guests will be arriving and leaving at all hours, so understand why the hallway needs to be lit, but perhaps the lighting could be dimmed slightly or adjusted in some way to prevent so much light coming through into the rooms. Aside from that, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely consider staying again. The hotel is also really centrally located, making it convenient for getting around Sheffield and accessing everything we wanted to do.

  We stayed for one night to celebrate my 55th birthday & start of semi retirement. We were checked in early & was booked in by Lauren who was very welcoming & friendly. When we got back to the room after a few drinks & food around the city centre, we found some gifts from the staff & a lovely message from Lauren which was such a nice touch! The staff are ace & it made our stay that little bit more special, thank you.
