- ISIain ScottJun 2, 20265.0Brilliant. Staff are very attentive and have a great care for the small detail as well as getting the basics right. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable. Some say its hard to go wrong with a Premier Inn, but this was a class apart from its neighbour only 2 miles away at Meadowhall.

Cramped car park (drive round the back for more spaces) people smoking outside front door, front door handle broken and you check in at the bar. Additional parking charge. However....staff always friendly and the premier plus rooms are 100% spot on, quiet and exceptionally clean so if you can get them at a decent price I recommend this hotel.

- DEDaDave EllisMay 23, 20265.0On arrival was greeted by Caitlin and Katy. Had a problem checking in with my Denit Card but they overcame this. Booked us in for our Evenining Meal [3]guests and looked after us during our meal and afterwards with drinks. Requested extra pillows as I eas travelling with 2 dissabled person who needed them. Caitlin anf Kate were very helpfull and polite nothing was to much Trouble. They are a credit to the hotel and deserve high praise for the effort put in to make our stay very enjoyable and memorable.
