- ILIrina Leal3 days ago5.0Spend a few nights with my husband and baby for a work trip. The staff was very kind, friendly and efficient—good traditional breakfast. The location is brilliant, next to high street shops, and restaurants and just across the lake for a beautiful stroll.

She was professional and was able to answer all our questions regarding the parking and also the surrounding area and services etc. she made the whole process so easy for us. The premier plus room was spacious and had everything we required and more eg the coffee machine and mini fridge. The shower was excellent. The location, being so near to the beefeater and Lakeside village and bus services is great and we will definitely be returning.

- JEJack EllisJun 3, 20264.0Perfectly nice hotel, the room felt a little bit on the older side, but for the price and the proximity to the lake, was perfect for what i wanted it for. It was clean and comfortable enough. There is good mobile data around this area so i did not need to pay for the premium wifi. My only issue was that the lift was out of order when i visited, and for people with mobility issues, there was no way around using the stairs to access rooms
