- MBmatt bowleyOct 8, 20262.0Good central location and clean rooms but I got a very noisy room above outside ac unit making constant noise all night and room not soundproofed. Asked to move but was told hotel was full which seemed unlikely. Others in group also had noisy rooms from traffic and parked cars at night. Go elsewhere for a good night's sleep.
- MCMark ColvinOct 8, 20262.0Staff great but the Hotel is suffering with recent restaurant changes nationwide. Premier inns business model seems to be cut the staff numbers and give them more to do. Self check inn no good for business users as postcode wont match anywhere, so you must dig out booking references. Hotel generally noisy from main road, restaurant consistently struggling with equipment and this week if food has been available it's been 90 mins +, most nights staff have advised to eat somewhere else.....not handy when room and food are pre paid! Im my quest for evening meals I discovered the Wetherspoons on the opposite side of the market does rooms too........just an idea for anyone looking to stay!
