  Fantastic air con which was very much needed. Newly refurbed rooms. We didn’t catch the receptionist’s name who was there when checked in on Friday, but she was great! Unfortunately poor shower pressure in our room, and we would prefer they had a private car park.

  Arrived after a very long train journey with many changes due to the hot weather. Wow what a welcome I received from Steff on reception she made everything straightforward for me to check in, organised all my meal bookings after paying for the meal deal. She also gave me the excellent news that the hotel facilities with no air conditioning were incorrect and they had a refurb in feb. My room was immaculate with a very welcome ac cold air as soon as I walked in. Comfy bed, clean room and then excellent service at the restaurant as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay

  Just arrived at Doncaster for a teakwando event at the dome to find I booked incorrect day by mistake and after explaining my mistake to the attendant Stephanie who was on the front desk this Saturday evening, who was very helpful and accommodating in the assistance of changing the date for me, this came with an additional charges which was understanding but fully appreciate the staff member who was very polite and helped me change my booking Regards Richard Luther

  One of the best premier inns we have stayed out brought the kids this time the room was lovely and spacious two single beds for the kids which was perfect friendly welcoming and the room was spotlessy clean The restaurant was nice and clean too and the staff were very helpful.. I do prefer ordering food fresh rather then a buffet as seeing food sit there too long and just left out and I have one child who refuses to eat food left out too however the staff were really nice and made fresh for my son when I explained he wouldn't eat it from the counter we all had a good sleep a good breakfast so 10/10

  Nice, basic, no frills hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't fault it. Check in was quick and simple, our family room consisted of a double bed and 2 single beds and it was like sleeping on a cloud☁️. The room was spotless. There is a pub/restaurant right outside, an Asda, cinema, bowling, lake and lots of fast food places and more within a few minutes walking distance.
