- PBPurple Blades2 days ago5.0Really helpful staff at this Premier Inn. The rooms are as you'd expect, breakfast was one of the better Premier Inn ones, freshly cooked to order and tasty, but the outstanding thing was how helpful and nice the entire team of staff were. We had had a bad day on the way up, but they were so incredibly nice! Amazing people!
- KWKaren WebsterSep 30, 20263.0Rooms very dusty, bed was so uncomfortable they moved us to another
- JSJanette StokesSep 29, 20263.0Nice hotel but no restaurant or even a bar. Staff very helpful and supplied a couple glasses to buy our own drinks for.
- SSStuartSep 27, 20262.0Firstly the room was adequate and if good size and the reception staff were very welcoming. I’ve stayed here quite a few times either a Friday or Saturday on route from daughter & son Uni transportation over the years lol, had the worst night sleep last night, the hallway fire door being banged all night by people coming an going first at midnight, then a second wave at 1:30am then again at 3:30am, i won’t be returning.
- MSM “the shark” ShepSep 2, 20261.0DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING AN EVENING MEAL. They don't tell you that it's closed and the McDonald's over the road is probably the worst I've ever been to too. I was 'Welcomed' (If that's the right word) by a completely un interested, un friendly and, well nearly outright rude receptionist. This person clearly doesn't like her job or is in any way interested in it. The hotel room although clean, felt tired and seemed somehow to lack the polish. The current advert says "You know what you're getting with Premier Inn" Well, I didn't know i was getting that service. Come on Premier Inn..... you need a shake up.... staff training..... and more attention to detail.
