- SBSaeed BhadOct 6, 20261.0Had this hotel for 2 weeks I was so disappointed.on my 1st week no coffee machine took week and half to repair same old boring breakfast in morning. In an evening nearly everyday before we order food there's common items are missing in menu like pizza, cheese bord any many more. On my second week had room with bath leak and no extractor fan working in result shower curtain was stink . Only thing was good was staff. Most of staff has smiles in face all the time.

Poor cleaning standards and dated hotel. In need of a renovation. Hallway had wallpaper that looked like a biohazard, not cleaned over duration of stay. Bedroom carpet hasn't been cleaned in decades by the look. Suspicious goo on the walls.

- WCWendy CooperSep 10, 20264.0Lovely staff at premier inn, had to rescue us from a 10ft spider ( slight exaggeration there) We had a disabled room and it stunk of damp in the bathroom quite badly and also could smell it in the room at the wall attached to bathroom by the side of the bed. We were too tired last night to say anything and there was noone around to mention it to this morning. We were only staying one night so not too much of an issue
