- MCMegan Clark-Bagnall6 days ago5.0Had the most brilliant stay at the prem in Barnsley. Best I’ve stayed in! The dining room was well decorated. Rooms were clean. But the staff made it! Absolutely incredible! James & Kelly were amazing! Nothing was too much! Both so kind! So helpful and above and beyond. Dream team! They deserve a pay rise! They are in all the places at once!

- KMken murphySep 1, 20263.0Hotel was fine but broken lift, I wished I had read previous reviews before booking we had three suit cases to carry up 4 levels, looks like this is common and we stayed three night and still not fixed when we left what a shame please check before booking/travelling
- MBMichelle ButterworthAug 22, 20262.0Room was a typical premier inn room. We literally dumped our luggage and headed out as we were going to a gig. We got back around midnight, only to discover mid toilet trip , no toilet paper in our bathroom. So had to get dressed and head to reception. Also the toilet did not flush properly, which I did mention to the woman on reception in the morning on our way to breakfast, she was very unhelpful & quite sour faced. Getting ready in the morning, no usual nets on the windows, looked out onto a public area so had to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast was okay, had to ask for some hot Breakfast items to be topped up as there wasn't any eggs, hash browns, black pudding or bacon. The coffee, however, was spot on & piping hot. Now, James the guy on reception when we got there was absolutely 5 star 🌟 he sorted our room door key card, gave us info on local taxis, genuinely nice guy. The rest of the staff, however seemed to have an "I don't care" attitude. The toilets in the bar area didn't have hand-wash in the dispensers. It was just topped up with water. I don't know if I will stay here again, location is nice enough, quiet & secure. The staff have put me off, bar the one as we arrived, who was absolutely lov
