1st night the air con didn't work, during a heatwave. I could have asked for another room and I know I would have been give one, but it was too late to faff.
The next day I had a different room, and the receptionist even checked the air con was working before giving me the key. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast lady, with brown hair and glasses. They also did vegan sausages, which was amazing. Though the breakfast was missing mushrooms.
The only other issue, was that I didn't find the bathroom to be very clean, particularly by the toilet area.
Other than that, for the cost of the room, I'd say this was good value for money. It is a very quiet hotel, so a peaceful night and no noisey neighbours.

Stayed 1 night ,local to my family. Friendly and helpful reception. Lovely clean room and comfortable bed .Breakfast good but hectic as very busy which reception had said when checking in . My only criticism is paying for parking . Most people staying in the hotel come with cars and to have to pay when you have already payed for you room and Breakfast is not good . I know this happens it alot of hotels

Stayed here twice, the rooms are reasonably priced and it's close to the motorways so it's great as a base to get to other places. The rooms are standard premier inn style rooms and there's a pub across the way if you want a drink or meal although the hotel do drinks and food too.
Like a lot of these places, there isn't really enough staff so they are running around trying to check people in, serve breakfasts etc but they do their best to answer and help everyone.
Loses a star, the second time I stayed the cooked breakfast was nasty, the sausages were dry and tasted like vegetarian ones and the hash browns the same.

Absolutely terrible - Avoid
I arrived in the early hours of the morning due to finishing work late. The receptionist could not check me in for some reason, even though I had a valid booking. I did not receive a key card, so I had to be walked to my door to be let in. This meant I could not come and go as I please. I also had wait to get a separate card so that my lights work work inside my room.
My room had NO PILLOWS. How the hell does this happen!?? I was too tired to go and ask for some (and I couldn’t anyway because I had no key card to get back in). I had to sleep with my head on a towel. Very uncomfortable.
I was awoken by a loud barking puppy MULTIPLE times that some idiot had brought into the hotel and decided to loiter with in the corridor. Why does the hotel allow dogs inside? Why wasn’t I given a room next to other normal people that don’t bring their pets with them to a hotel?
I left tired and frustrated. Would not go back.

Good and central location.
Service was just okay.
Room quality left a lot to be desired. TV wasn't working, AC wasn't working . I was locked out of my room before checkout, and I wasn't the only one. Even after 4 attempts at resetting the key, it still didnt work and they had to use a Master key to open the door. It was very frustrating and annoying.
