  We stayed here twice, once on our way down to the sSouth West & again on our return. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms which was really nice. Comfortable bed, great shower & proper blackout curtains. Fabulous breakfast & catered well for gluten free diets. Warm welcome from Francesca on both occasions, she was very professional & friendly, genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. She is a credit to the hotel. Other members of staff were equally nice & polite.

  Excellent hotel, from check in asking any floor preference to the breakfast in the morning cannot fault it. We had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor, looked like new with an excellent large walk in shower and very comfortable bed and sofa to sit on whilst watching tv, but it had been refurbished in 2017, beautiful. Lovely shower. With outside temperature at 32 degrees we were Lovely and cool in the brilliant air conditioning. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially Anastasia who was also super efficient. I also had a lovely chat with Francesca the manager who was so nice and friendly but excellent at her job. Wouldn't hesitate staying here again

  Great service, amazing rooms, they look like normal Holiday Inn rooms, free breakfast like other Expresses but it's very limited, no Hot Chocolates for kids. The other problem is that we called ahead and they booked 2 interconnected family rooms on our IHG membership, however when we got there, it was 2 separate rooms. The other room had an interconnecting door to a completely different room, which is a massive security issue, so we had to request a different room, and on request, they said that they found 2 interconnected rooms that were available, and have us those. Otherwise this was a great experience!

She is a credit to your organization. The accommodation met our expectations given the price point, and we would certainly consider your establishment for future visits to the area.

  We were visiting my Dad in hospital who sadly past away,front desk was helpful as we didn't arrive until late,room average,unpleasant odour in room & hallway,two hours sleep due to hospital so went for breakfast,very disappointed & when asked on leaving was asked about stay the women didn't look bothered,feed back is very important for future guests & i would not stay at holiday inn again.
