- SBSue ByrneJul 19, 20265.0You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Some aspects of the room a little tired, but the usual comfy beds and pillows and it was spotless. Staff very helpful, especially the serving staff at the Beefeater pub, especially considering they are under threat of redundancy.
- PEPedro EJul 14, 20261.0This is a joke, how it’s possible that a kitchen of a busy hotel restaurant it’s closed at 9p.m. Waste of money and time. Telling everyone that no more food to be ordered because they decide it’s time to leave….. having a full place….. and closing the place from hours before, telling and pushing the people of the restaurant to the bar, very rude stuff that all it’s thinking it’s to leave as soon as possible…… never to come back here.

Special praise must go to the Reception staff - especially Tom Griffith who went above and beyond in his efforts to sort our TV in time for a World Cup game. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him!.

The supplied fan is pointless and we are having the worst possible experience ever. The receptionist response “sorry we never have had aircon” though the website said they do and every room has an aircon thermostat. Worst hotel experience ever
