This location is close to my job site and I am very pleased staff are available round the clock and offer prompt services when needed. A Big Thank you to Mathew, Lubo, Veronica, Graham, Suzi and Sam for all you have been doing to make my stay memorable. Suzi I am very grateful for the treats!

- JJjosephApr 10, 20262.0Room floor had bit of rubbish on it no bathroom mat hair in sink bathroom close to reception there was a smell like a portable loo I paid for a meal deal it was good Friday so I ordered mushrooms and hers over cooked each time I tried to put my folk into it the mushrooms shot off the plate . Then it came to the main corse being good Friday I had fish and chips not hard to do fish was over cooked again the batter tasted like it was cooked in oil what has been used time and time again so I left it Never complained didn't want the hassle So I walked next morning Went for breakfast the manager asked how was my meal last night so I told him the truth it was terrible I couldn't eat it that it was like bits of fish not a whole fish over cooked he sahe would refund me and he did . When I went back to the hotel a blonde lady I think the manager questioned me and said why did I ask for a refund and did I pay . I told her I didn't ask for the refund but the manager offered me the refund . I just came back from work when she asked so I went to my room showered then went down to ask the blonde woman I think she is a manager also why did she ask me if I paid she said she didn't her attitude changed for the better this time. I will never stop in that hotel ever again the blonde lady asked like it was a interrogation
