- KSKeith stead5 days ago5.0Just want to thank all the staff for making our weekend at hotel perfect From moment we checked on Friday to leaving Sunday Morning the staff and service was amazing special thanks to Sunday morning team who had to.put up with 4 families for lateish breakfast and then the bridegroom and hus family turned up unannounced to greet us over breakfast.. The girls took everything in their stride and made room for us all.. Thank you again so much you gave us the perfect weekend Keith Stead

- JKJo KynastonJul 12, 20261.0The staff are amazing however for a large corporate run hotel chain surely spending some of the profits on the restaurant/bar furniture. Secondly in a situation of no air con in the bedrooms fit some airconditioning mobile units. Two nights of zero sleep. Not happy.
